I've been here 6 times already, and since I'm a little younger than their normal clientele, they stereotype and literally fill nothing. So if you need anything more than antibiotics or look different than them, they will turn you away.

I love this location and the people that I met when picking up amazon orders. Recently I got a liquid medicine that needed to be compounded. So I immediately thought of Pooles! I love supporting local even though their price was quite a bit higher than other options. When I got home there were big chunks of the powder medicine in the bottle. Not just a little that shook up at the bottom but chunks that were not dissolved. I took it back the next day and there was an undertone that I was complaining and it was not a big deal. She took it back and said she shook it up more. But the bottle had less content in it when she brought it back to me. So it makes me think that she strained out the chunks of medicine. ? The script was expensive for me. I hope I am getting the right dose.

We have been using Poole’s for years. The staff is great and the prescriptions are a great price. Today I used their minute clinic for my son. It couldn’t have been a better experience. Everyone was so nice. It was quick and easy.

Today I went to their location in Dallas to buy at home covid testing kits. They were the only pharmacy that I could find that had them in stock. They are charging people 25 dollars per test. The kit only has one test in the box. I needed 3. So I had to spend 75 dollars!!!Later today my dad went to the CVS in Kennesaw and was able to find the same test for $10.50!!! Pooles pharmacy is charging double for the same test found at CVS. They are charging for what you would be able to get 2 tests for. And they are doing this solely because they know people need them. Just a heads up.

I mistakenly picked up the wrong prescription and was called by the pharmacy to alert me.. Raymond apologized and he personally hand delivered the prescription. If this is not going above and beyond, I don't know what is. Great Job! Raymond

Poole's Pharmacy & Marietta City Schools partnered to offer vaccine clinics for faculty and students as vaccines became available. In Spring 2021, a drive-thru vaccine clinic was offered at Marietta High School for all school administrators, faculty and staff. When vaccines were released for the 12-17 ages, another clinic was offered. My daughter, age 12, attended the vaccine clinic offered at Marietta Middle School during Open House at the beginning of the school year (Aug'21) then her follow up show was in the back parking lot at Poole's. My youngest two fall into the 5-11yo bracket and we're vaccinated during the Park Street Elementary Saturday pop-up vaccine clinics in Oct/Nov. The organization of this event was exceptional! The volunteers went above and beyond, one even wore a fairy gown to help ease any anxiousness. We loved seeing Nurse Donna from Hickory Hills Elementary. I got my Moderna Booster at Poole's Pharmacy on December 13th. This process was super easy, I called to inquire which days they would have the Moderna Booster available and showed up during the window of time provided. Huge THANK YOU to Poole's for being such a wonderful community business and making it so easy for MCS families to vaccinate.

Just moved to the area and found this Pharmacy to transfer my prescriptions here. Amazing customer service friendly and professional. This place is a breath of fresh air in comparison to the large chain drug stores. This place is a must
