I used to be a frequent customer of Platinum Auto Spa; however, after today's service, I will not be going back. First, they've raised their rates for each service. I get that basically everything now is more expensive, but if you raise your rates for a service you should attempt to give a higher level of service to keep customers. I got the Manager's Special (inside/outside service) for my Mercedes. In times prior, it would typically take at least 30 minutes to complete. Today, it was more like 10 mins after it came out of the wash cycle. I had to ask they go back and clean some areas they missed, which you could tell they did not want to do. They took my money and I barely got a thank you. I got home and basically had to wipe down the interior dash board, seats, middle console and doors again myself. They didn't even do the basics as a part of the $35 service, which again had been different in the past. It's unfortunate the service has deteriorated as it's a convenient location if you live in East Cobb. Going forward, I'll be going back to this independent family who does hand detail on their own at a gas station near Walmart. They go above and beyond and it's less expensive.

If I could rate this car wash zero stars, I would. I used to be a loyal customer. I just showed up and asked for a car wash. They had to “inspect” my car. They insisted I do a more expensive version when I wanted a lesser. When I said no, they scoffed at me. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Worst wash I have ever seen. It's almost like they did nothing at all. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I was able to take it home and properly clean it myself no problem so they have no excuses to charge $100 for this awful service.Oh and by the way, they actually waxed the car too so they had no problem waxing over all this dirt which is not good for the paint. Do not trust them if you love your car.

Paid 90$ for a clean that left many streaks, and stains left on the seat after paying 30$ extra for seat treatment. Really would recommend looking elsewhere

I have always had a good interior clean and exterior wash here. The prices are very reasonable, everyone is nice and professional and the waiting area is nice for a car wash. I have always been in and out rather quickly.
