Was harassed by the employee there wanted me to prove that I had a membership when I already checked in ask and went to massage after I finished massage these three employees stating that I need to leave or prove my membership when I check in talk to a employee already these kids was being rude and disrespectful at this point I need a refund from planet fitness

Scarlet goes above and beyond to help me. I never feel judged. The evening gentleman that worked last week wasn't the nicest but still was a decent week. I feel comfortable asking Scarlet questions about machines and how things work. She is the best! She is absolutely what made me join. Her customer service and help. If you have had the pleasure of meeting her, you will agree. Customer service from her is outstanding!!

Like coming here. The problem is when some of the members that sweat a lot do not clean up after themselves. Nobody should be cleaning and disinfecting after someone who is not hygienic like that. If you know you sweat a lot, then clean up after yourself. The upside is that the staff is great. The problem are the non-hygenic patrons.

### Review for Planet Fitness on Canton Rd
I’ve had the pleasure of visiting several Planet Fitness locations, but none compare to the exceptional team at the Canton Rd location. The staff here—Taisha, Jelon, Scarlett, Melissa, and Vaughn—truly set this gym apart. Their friendliness and dedication are unmatched, making every visit a fantastic experience.
The cleanliness of this facility is consistently impressive. The gym is always spotless, the bathrooms are meticulously maintained, and there is never a shortage of paper towels. Even the hand dryers are always in perfect working order. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in keeping the environment pristine.
As a frequent visitor, I’ve had the opportunity to interact with the staff at all hours of the day, and their warmth and professionalism are unwavering. This consistency speaks volumes about their commitment to providing excellent service.
I would like to suggest to the management of this location, and possibly to other locations as well, to consider using bar stools at the front desk computers. This would help the staff avoid the fatigue that comes from standing all day while maintaining eye-level contact with gym members.
Overall, my experience at Planet Fitness on Canton Rd has been phenomenal. Despite joining another gym for access to a sauna and pool, I am seriously considering canceling that membership because I prefer the welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service here. Thank you to Taisha, Jelon, Scarlett, Melissa, Vaughn, and the entire team for making this my favorite place to work out!

Great staff that acknowledges your presence when you come into the club and making you feel welcomed. The club is always clean and weights neatly racked. I've been in the fitness industry for over 30 years as a Trainer and Professional Drug-Free Bodybuilder which involved being in various types of clubs and gyms. I highly recommend Planet Fitness Canton Rd to anyone who is looking for a great environment to train.
