This is a post regarding service and relationship. After purchasing over $3k in plants for my home with the pick and plant. I returned after waiting and calling for Strawberry Hydrangeas. Due to the condition, I asked for treatment or a discount for insect damage. No considerations from management. They lost a customer and I wish my $3k was spent with a company looking to establish a long lasting relationship.
Although I’m taking my business elsewhere, I still wish them well.

I visited Pike Nurseries today in Marietta on Barrett Parkway. Having never even there before I didn’t know what to expect. Anna and Charise met me at the door with welcoming smiles. Since The specific plant I was looking for was not available; Charise helped me find a suitable alternative. I became more and more curious once I realized there was nothing she didn’t know about plants. Now that I have made my first visit, it won’t be my last. The store was impeccably neat, well lit, organized and user friendly. Every staff person was courteous and helpful. Presley helped me find hummingbird feeders; giving me a mini session on how to attract, feed and buy the perfect one for my front porch. I am very big on great customer service. I don’t know what they do in the other Pike nurseries; but I have a feeling it’s the same company wide. This Marietta location nailed it. Thanks Charise!!

George was great today. He was friendly, like everyone at Pike. He walked us around, showing us varied specimens that may meet our planting needs based on our south-facing super sunny frontyard. Thank you Pike for always being good to the commumity!

For years, we have purchased our Christmas trees from a big name retailer but last year decided to try Pike. We were so impressed by the whole experience. They have all their trees set up in stands so you can actually see the tree and walk around it instead of having to pick one out of a pile. We went back this year and found the perfect tree! It is a bit more expensive than some big retailers but it is worth it for the superior experience! Customer service is great without being overbearing
