i went here to get my back class repaired, the price was well worth it until it fell out of my pocket and was shattered again. what makes things even worse is the lack of quality regarding their replacement materials, one of my camera lenses isnt even set in place and keeps shaking

It was truly a blessing and an overall amazing experience at Phone Hub on Austell!My daughter cracked her iPhone 11 screen and prior to arrival, I’m not sure who I spoke to, but they offered to text me the exact address because I’m not from the area. What an amazing introduction! Upon arrival we were greeted with the best of greetings, the kindest of speech and authentic care from Wesam. He gratefully and gracefully provided quick, thorough, and pristine service. I have an LG Stylo 6 and they put a new port in and new lens cover my phone acts like it was brand new out of the box and the manager delivered just what he's promised he would it was worth $116

Great, friendly service that was quick and accurate. Had iphone speaker replaced for $99 which saved us at least $250 if we sent the phone to Apple. Highly recommend!

I brought my phone in for a screen repair and they had it fixed within 30 mins. They have great customer service, store is clean, and they also provide chairs in case you want to wait while your service is completed. Completely happy with my experience and definitely recommend them! Thank you :)

I needed a new screen for my super old iPad with a "reading interfering" cracked screen. I called Phone Hub in Smyrna and Ali provided me with a reasonable quote for the screen replacement. (My Samsung Galaxy S9 phone also needed a new screen but the quote for that was too high for such an old phone). Ali said to come in and he could replace the iPad screen in less than an hour.I left the iPad with Ali and I ran some errands in the area. Before I had finished he called and said it was ready for pick-up. At a very affordable cost of $80 plus tax I got a new screen and screen protector installed and the iPad looked like new.My overall experience was excellent. The price was good, the quality was top-notch, the turn-around time perfect and Ali was as friendly and helpful as he could be. I highly recommend contacting Phone Hub when in need of device repairs and accessories. I don't think you will be disappointed.

If I could give a less than 1 I would. I had a screen repaired here on 10/13. I dropped the phone in a case on carpet from less than 2 feet 2 days later and the screen shattered. SHATTERED! Despite this company’s receipt saying there is a lifetime warranty on ALL iPhone screen replacements, upon return to the store I was told the best they could do was give me a discount to repair it again. Save your money and get your screen fixed right. This is a rip off.

Alert Alert don't patronize this business this guy only wants your money but if you have a problem with the repair he won't help you rectify the problem. Beware of this guy because he will act like he's ok and soon as he get's your money he will turn on you like a rattlesnake. He's very dishonest and doesn't even care about providing quality service. I purchased a LCD assembly to repair my screen on my phone. The part was refurbished and was suppose to be an original Samsung screen. The manager Manseer he's from Syria and most of the time wears a black shirt last time I visited this place to rectify the problem he was wearing a black shirt and gray sweatpants. A lady who is his coworker from Syria wears a khimar covering her hair their supposed to be Muslims. He insists it's the best to purchase the refurbished part instead of a brand new screen because it was suppose to be an original part. However, the LCD assembly i was sold was bad and never worked. The screen wasn't refurbished and I had to repay another person to repair my phone. This manager does very bad business he told me to get out of his place I had been in there too long mind you I'm trying to figure out why my phone isn't working to say the least. He then states if I did sell you a bad part it's nothing I can do. I told him I will see him in court. I went back to let manager know I had to pay for another LCD and get my phone repaired did he just want to refund me for the bad part. I could barely get a word out and he comes from the back and say we'll go to court.

Where do I begin? The people here are AMAZING! My first visit I came because my grandson broke his phone and I had to get it repaired. He was so kind to me and helped me put a smile on my grandson’s face.The next day my friend called me because she accidentally broke her company’s laptop screen and guess what he fixed it immediately.Now here I go walking in because I deleted everything off of my business computer, by accident. OMG! He was able to get me into my emails again and recover some emails.God is so good!Listen if you need help come over to PHONE HUB & tell them Kisha sent you!Their the BEST! 10 stars

Came here to get a screen guard for my phone. The collection is great and they also put it on for me. When I went home I saw a couple of bubbles develop, and when I took it back they gladly replaced it with a new on. Great service!
