Hi there. Super disappointed that I came in for my usual feeding day to buy crickets- and was charged for Goldfish?! The girl didn’t seem too pleased to have to get crickets either- understandable of course, but I’d never show my displeasure in front of a customer. The employees are usually top tier in customer service, but lately have been slacking.

I recently visited this store with my child to buy a goldfish, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we inquired about purchasing a goldfish, the employee told us, in front of my son, that it is not ethical to keep a goldfish in a 10-20 gallon tank. While I understand the importance of proper care for pets, this message could have been communicated more discreetly and sensitively, especially with a child present. And, to be completely honest, it was not her business.
To add to the dismay, we noticed a deceased goldfish in one of the store tanks, which raises concerns about the store's own pet care standards.

This store sell can food after expiration date. My cat vomit today and then I check the can food I purchased from this store, the expiration date is 4/24/2024! It is out of date half year ago and still put on shelf! I returned to store and i also randomly checked other brands cat can food, some can food on shelf even with expiration date in Nov 2023. Pay attention to expiration date when you make purchase! The management of this store seems really messy allowing such things happening.

I don't really have a Petco near me but I visited this one because I had a credit that was a couple years old that I wanted to use.
It was clean and the people who worked there were nice but their prices are a little bit high for my taste

Probably one of the best and friendliest Petco’s around! I went in today for a last minute groom. Joyce took care of my baby from head to toe! He’s 3 years old and I can honestly say this is the best groom I have seen! There have been times where I took him to other groomers and could tell they missed some spots or never trimmed his nails and called him difficult. When I came to pick my dog up Joyce was very through and gave me insight into how their time together was. I find this so helpful as I try to desensitize my dog to things at home and appreciate feedback! She gave me recs on what to do, when to bring him back, etc. even though this is the furthest Petco from me we will be back just to see Joyce! My pup was in love with her and I could tell she treated him as her own.

Not sure what’s up with this location… I asked an employee named zach to help me out with some things and he repeatedly gave me wrong information (I had to look up the correct supplies on my phone afterward). I was only in the store for twenty minutes but I heard him make vulgar and unprofessional comments to other employees. Will probably not return.

This was such a nice store with very Heidi and knowledgeable staff. Thank you to the young man who helped us find a crate and the best price for it, I think his name was Jacob? Good store, nice staff!!
