Vivian is a liar and manipulative person. She will say what you want to hear sign up for a policy only to find out it isn't what she described at ALL!!!When you call to get clarification, she only wants to tell you how wrong you are, you didn't read this or that.... Honestly if a person signs you up on a contract they need to 100 percent honest about everything. It only makes everyone upset and frustrated and confused.She just wants to push you off on someone else or say something like " you don't understand" basically you are wrong and that's it.

Paying for full coverage since I been with them and Dee Coker has been dropping the ball since day one. Why would I pay for full coverage and say no to roadside assistance and rental coverage while paying almost 300 dollars. Dee Coker has been dropping the ball since day one and I have been very patient now I'm passed off. Now Dee Coker keeps hanging up on me. And her red neck boss Jackie Peeples is very rude and unprofessional.

Dee Coker knows insurance business. The entire interaction from the first phone call to the writing and purchase of the policy was pleasant and efficient. Dee is the best recent example of excellent customer service. I highly recommend Dee and Peachstate Auto Insurance Marietta.

Well I used this company years ago. Thought I would help a friend with insur.After many calls to saying...wrong # to person he needed to get quote from he gave up. Not so sure WHY SO HATD TO GIVE A PERSON A QUOTE ON CAR INSUR. They definitely need help in customer service.
