We have been attending what was Kids R Kids and is now Parker Chase since 2019. Overall we have been very happy with the care of our three children, even all throughout Covid and having a 5 month old there. I found the staff did their best and continue to do so. As with every facility who is caring for your children, when I have reached out about certain issues I have found they were met with immediate care for the situation and remedy whatever my worry was. No place will be perfect. But I will say the staff at Parker Chase truly care about my kids and show them love every day. Not to mention they learn a ton!! We will continue to be loyal to Parker Chase until these kiddos go to elementary school!

Parker Chase has been great from the friendliness of the staff, to the usage of apps for communication, classroom and child updates, and classroom monitoring, and the safety of the environment! I'd recommend Parker Chase to anybody, including first-time moms like myself!

We are incredibly impressed with the leadership and teachers at this preschool. The teachers help our children feel confident, calm and happy. From the engaging curriculum to the thoughtful and personalized attention given to each and every child, we are so grateful that our children attend this school. Strong proactive and responsive leadership is the cornerstone of any successful endeavor, and this is especially true when it comes to creating a healthy environment for young children. The leadership team at Parker Chase is fantastic. Thank you for all you continue to do for our kids!

We love our Kids 'R' Kids family. My son has been attending for over a year and we have enjoyed it every step of the way. The teachers are very attentive to our son's needs and provide a warm & caring environment. Ms. Suzanne, Ms. Ariel, and Ms. Gia have been outstanding and I love peaking in on the camera to see them interacting with my little one. The administration is very transparent and supportive. They have even taken the time to help me navigate through the different stages of toddlerhood. I have only had one issue throughout our whole journey at Kids 'R' Kids and they were incredibly responsive and addressed it immediately. I couldn't imagine sending my son anywhere else.

We love the school! Great, clean, and loving environment for our son to grow. All the teachers are very helpful and so are the administrators. We also love that it is all inclusive.Updated 2021: We appreciate the sanitary upgrades and precautions the school has taken to keep our kids safe and in school during the pandemic. Still loving the school just as much as day 1 two years later.

My son has been attending Kids R Kids learning academy of East Cobb for a year and a half now and I couldn't be happier ! Their standards of care exceed all expectations i have ever had and they are doing an amazing job following all health and safety protocols during these crazy times. Thank you, KRK for taking care of my little guy!

The owners/administrators are terrible. My grandsons have been sent home 3 times for Covid quarantine due to teachers with Covid. They expect parents to pay for the 2 weeks quarantine when no service was provided!!!! They then kicked my grandsons out of the daycare for a $48 balance. Parents were notified on a Friday at 3;00 pm effective Monday. When they requested a week to find another daycare, they declined. How heartless for these little boys to leave on a Friday not to see their teachers or friends again! And how unprofessional to do that to working parents. They seem nice but beware!!!

I am writing this in the hopes to protect and help inform families of my unfortunate experience over the past 9 months at Kids R Kids East Cobb. My son started attending this facility in June 2020 and as we rounded the corner into 2021, our experience has become a traumatic mix of emotion and fear for the well-being of my son. By my record, my son (currently 18 months old) has been bit at least 15 times over the course of 9 months, with at least twice the amount of additionally reported “incidents and injuries”. FORTUNATELY, my child has NEVER retaliated or bitten anyone before. Each time an incident occurs, I am simply left a message with no formal requirement of signature or proof that documentation has been entered into the system. Each time I have questioned how this is being handled and how they are enforcing the “Biting Policy” and I am dismissively told that we are “enforcing on a facts and circumstances basis” with no written or actionable plan. No action has been taken to withdraw students or seek outside counsel to remedy the overwhelming school issue. I have consistently asked for a record and proof and acknowledgement of these reported incidents, but I’m told these are reported “internally” in a view of the ProCare system that I am not allowed access to. Upon final departure from the school- a decision I was forced to make for the safety and well-being of my child- I requested a file of ALL incident reports filed for my child for my records. After a considerable amount of back and forth questioning why I needed this information and for what should be a straightforward report available in ProCare I was provided with a series of manually populated “Incident Reports”. As I began to compare what I was provided to my records (voicemails, emails, documentation of conversations) it was very apparent that there were numerous reports missing. No one has yet been able to explain to me why I would be missing so many reports that I have specific record of. I am extremely concerned that there is no process or consistency in how the well-being and safety of our children is being tracked. How can this facility and Kids R Kids corporate find it acceptable that serious action has not been taken to ensure the safety of my child? How is it acceptable that a child being bit by numerous children over the course of moving up through SEVERAL classrooms over a period that should provide adequate time to remedy this unacceptable situation? How is it acceptable that my family is the one being forced to find alternative childcare arrangements because this facility continues to find this as acceptable behavior? I have simply asked for my $300 annual deposit that was made in September 2021 to cover the remainder of the next 12 months to be refunded, as I am being the one forced to find an alternative solution for my family. The owners don’t care to speak with me or understand my concern or reasoning as to why I’m leaving. They simply said good luck and we won’t be refunding you.I also find it relevant to note that in July, my son’s nap mat went missing within the facility and was never found. I asked for several weeks for an explanation of where a nap mat could possibly disappear to and have yet to receive a definitive answer. It was explained that “there are a lot of mats and sometimes they end up in the laundry room or something”. In a childcare facility, especially in a time where we are hyper-aware of germs and sharing of items, how is there not a process by which items are stored? How does an item just go missing and is never found in a facility? This does not summarize all of my unfortunate experiences with the facility, but the situations described above should provide enough context for those to consider their enrollment and support of this facility.

I've been bringing my children to Kids-R-Kids East Cobb for 9 years. The youngest is three and he will continue to stay with them until he finishes pre-k. All of the teachers and staff know all of my children, including the front office managers. It gives me such peace of mind to know that my children are known and cared for. The curriculum is very strong. All of my children have had wonderful success in kindergarten because they're well prepared, knowing their letters, numbers, sight words, and colors. My children have had nothing but wonderful social experiences, meeting new friends and learning how to treat each other with kindness. I love their supplemental experiences, including music, Spanish, sports and athletics and field trips in the private pre-k program. It's a well-rounded program. The owners and directors are amazing, humble, and take good care of their teachers. I recommend Kids-R-Kids East Cobb to all of my friends, and cannot recommend them enough! You'll love sending your children here!

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the transitional toddler room. I caught one of the teachers being a little too rough with my ten month old. We immediately pulled her out and even the director saw the footage and agreed. Low and behold the teacher is still working there in the infant room. Make sure to watch the video. Very unfortunate because Miss Ariel is so wonderful in the bunnies room and so were the teachers in the Lambs.
