I love that they lot hard goods together into large bags and price them as one item instead of individually pricing every single thing like Goodwill does, it makes it so much more affordable to shop here.

Smyrna Ga. Park Avenue Thrift. Cashiers Are very rude and picky! SHE GAVE ME PROBLEM BEFORE TODAY WENT TO PAY FOR ONE ITEM SHE SAID GO TO THE NEXT CASHIER SHE SAID JUST EXCEPTING CREDIT CARDS ONLY I TOLD HER SHE TOLD ME TO COME TO U SHE LOOKED AT CASHIER SMILING AND SHE WAS BACK AT RESTIER HAD SOMEONE ELSE SHE WAS WAITING ON SHE WAS PICKING FOR INCIDENT I HAD WITH HER BEFORE AND ANOTHER LADY COMPLAING. ABOUT HER LAST TIME WITH HER WE BOTH GOT MANGER LAST TIME I TOLD HER SHE WAS PICKING SHE STARTED FILMING ME ON HER PHONE I PUT ITEM DOWN TOLD HER IWAS GOING TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEBODY TO SOLVE THIS AND LEFT

New cashiers needed. This was once my favorite thrift store and I thrift weekly but I was treated so horribly and laughed at today. They are purposely not pricing things and putting them out. Pretends not to understand what you’re asking when you need help. I regret donating my things here. This is all new as of the last two weeks. 2 stars because you can still find gems if they allow you to purchase them.

REALLY SHADY CASHIERS!! I used to love going to this store and finding a lot of really good items, but as of recently the cashiers up front have been acting different. Today i picked up a FAKE LOUIS VUITTON BAG with a $5 price tag on the inside. when i went to go pay up front the cashier looked at it, took the tag out told me “sorry theres no price” but i know what i saw and told her there was a tag! She just lied to me and said “they will price it in the morning” but as i left I peered through the window to see another employee specifically take the ONLY bag from the cart full of UNPRICED ITEMS, when they saw me they laughed and turned around immediately looking suspicious…. Also this place will definitely racially judge you and let other people cut in front of you on purpose. if you find a something good i recommend you take it before they do even if its fake or not… Management do something!! your female cashiers are liars working with each other to steal other peoples finds.

I like the store . But if you ever have am issue with tag coming off when trying on clothes you will have a problem. Cashier told me to go have it stapled back on. The lady snatched the the pants from me started talking about colors obvious language misunderstanding threw them in a bin and dismissed me. Rude on all levels

I’ve been shopping here for over 3 years. Never experienced an issue until last week. Saw an item with tag in the pockets. Went to the back to get a tag because I know that it has to be attached. They giggle and speak as if I didn’t understand what was said. Not everyone takes tags off to get cheaper prices. Never accuse anyone of doing what you didn’t see. Went to checkout and absolutely no one was standing in line. As soon as I get to the counter cashier accused me of jumping the line. I’m like, what line? She points to a sign two steps away from me. It was so unnecessary to say when I’m at the register already. Customer service has went downhill.

Park Avenue Thrift Store, should work on during exchange on returned items that was purchased damaged. at least for a different item, even if we have to pay the difference. Especially when you guys have a no refunds policy. I purchased a damaged Item, when I returned it. I was told there’s nothing that can be done. So I lost money and no exchanged.

Very underwhelming, mostly full of clothes if that's what you're looking for. Very small section of toys, didn't see any puzzles. Most disappointing part tho was didn't see a single book.

Customer service is horrible, people cut in line, and they are very very disorganized, and some stuff don't even have tags on themThey have great stuff to sell/all they need is to hire different employees at the cashier or front customer service.
