This company will pick up your car and leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere - why? Because Covid - really? It's May 2022 - most people have their vaccines and boosters and are willing to wear masks, you're still going to tell me that Covid is the reason why a stranded passenger can't ride with you to the car drop off location? That sounds like complete nonsense to me and a scapegoat. Also let's not pretend like a bunch of truck drivers are super concerned about Covid. Sorry.

I came running to post this review for Pantusa because Wingo was AMAZING. This guy came quickly, was willing to do a couple extra checks on my battery before I dealt with the tow and took the time to share knowledge about things I should know about my car. Then my toddler came outside to see the tow truck, and he was super engaging with my toddler all while moving my vehicle along. He was friendly, efficient, super knowledgeable and warm. Make this man the company President or face of your PR- he’s amazing!!!! Highly recommend!!

Got 2 flat tires at 6.30 am this morning. Called for roadside assistance and got an eta for 8 am. Eta Kept changing and new eta is 10:30. 4 hours on the road with constant delays and no communication. Worst service for emergency assistance. Not recommended. Unsure why geico is using this company in ATL, GA. After 3 hours i Called to speak to management and escalated. They put me on hold for 10 mins twice and no one responded.

They are always delayed, and never attend calls. Their ETA’s are always incorrect by at least three hours and counting…..I keep updating the review as every hour passes by, they don’t even take any calls…Finally they never showed up. Finally got some help from a police officer. They should be blacklisted by insurance companies.
If they are experiencing delays, why the heck did you even accept the request?

My vehicle was broken down in an employee parking deck that had a low clearance of 7 feet.
After being turned down by at least five towing companies because of that low clearance, PANTUSA towing went out of their way to pick up my vehicle and bring it to the auto shop to get serviced.
That showed me that they really cared to get the job done and it also showed me that they truly cared to satisfy their customers.
The driver did an amazing job, I would definitely recommend this Company.

If I can give them no star I would! Unreliable and unprofessional. ETA I was told was 90 min on weekdays at 8pm. When I called after an hour and half strained in the emptied parking lot, they told me another 90 min!!!
It is 11pm as I am writing, still no show! I had to cancel and getting a new one. Because they are on the way Windhill and still haven't done their previous job. unbelievable!!!
I don't understand how they have a good reviews. It must be all bogus!
Save your money and time! Not here!

My 4Runner broke down on a cross country trip . We were at a campground in the middle of nowhere. Called goodsam and this was the company that came. The drive was super friendly. On time and quick! My car was loaded within 10 mins of his arrival and we were on our way. Great service. Def use this company for your towing needs. I didn’t have tip on me. But will definitely be sending one. Thanks again we appreciate it greatly.

Totally awesome!! From customer service to towing services the absolute best experience I could have ever imagined. So, on Saturday, my vehicle broke down. Tow service after tow was either closed, too far away or too expensive. I was put in contact with Pantusa. Initially, I was given a wait time of 60 minutes. Literally 10 minutes later the driver arrived. Super friendly, professional and awesome beyond belief! 10/10! Definitely recommend!

This Towing Co. Is the PITS! My twin sister waited over two hrs. Yesterday, Sun.03.17.2024...And they informed her. They would pick her up. When they got around to doing so. Only bcuz the initial request ticket ?️ by Car shield was done in a timely manner. A 90min wait. So they didn't not show up on time. Lied to ? Shield Hub. That they'd to cancel the ticket.. Never telling the other facts! Just bcuz she'd phoned every 30min prior. Needing to know when she'll get picked up? Only for me to request another towing svc

I had the pleasure in riding in the spaceship last night with one of the Jamaican twins. Norris is a really nice gentleman, very professional, loves his work, funny, and made me feel safe. After sitting on the highway for 6hrs. His older profession was a hero for the streets of Atlanta and he was just that for me last night.

Wingo was my truck operator for a random incident that I had off I-285 here in Atlanta. He was patient, waited for me to confirm everything with AAA, and also with his dispatcher... even when there was a minor mix-up with the mileage and rates. I'd definitely use this service provider again if ever needed.
Sidenote: They came during high traffic times on a weekday and still managed to get here in a reasonable time frame.
