Do not go to the store. The manager is rude and racist Neelee Rivera. I have been a team member of @oreillyauto.com for 10 plus years. She always gives me a hard time . The only team member that is me a hard time. I went in 5/17/24 at 3:50@pm for a quote . Never fails she gave me hard time again. I been to few other stores never had a bad experience with them.

They don’t make ‘em like this no more.This store here,this place is so kind, they make everything easy for me and makes my experience as a customer feel like family. Sometimes I go here just to say hello and other days I buy half the store but regardless they always make sure I leave with a smile. 1000/1000Great manager and staff. I truly appreciate the little things they do and wish them the best in life if they ever decide to leave.

What a rude employee! She is the manager I believe. I walked in. She told me someone would help me. There was only one other employee working and he was on the register. A woman walked in behind me - she helped her find wiper blades. A man then entered - she helped him. When I asked again, she announced they where busy! I could put my stuff on the counter.She is either rude or incompetent. Either of which is grounds to never darken their door again.

I wasn’t greeted when I walked in nor when I approached the counter.Staff was incompetent/unknowledgeable by recommending the Wrong part to me, which costed me another Uber ride back to the store, in a storm, to retrieve the correct part.When I called the store to alert them of this mix-up, the Manager was rude and had difficulty understanding the situation, for some reason.I was Not given an apology.
