Hello I am on South Cobb drive and I'm at the O'Reilly's which is next to precision tune Auto Care and the young man in O'Reilly's his name is Chad I would like to address his low level of customer service when I came in smiling Chad was not smiling nor was the person working with him at 1:30 p.m. today I approached Chad I said Chad check out some of my deals today Chad looked at me and said I'm going to have to ask you to leave he did not say hello he did not greet me properly and instead gave me a negative vibe and a negative feel in the front of the whole store most companies if they're not buying anything they'll say no thank you thank you very much have a good day Chad did not do that I hope he understands that no one at O'Reilly knows who he is the millions of dollars that O'Reilly's brings in he's just a body part used to hold up the store till it's time to close I hope one day he realizes that he's a slave to a very small check and he should get a bonus for every single solicitor that comes in there a year but in today's world how many people actually keep the same job very long

I’ve never received better service than I did at this location. Darryl and Justin were both very attentive and made sure I got what I needed to best assist my problem. I will be bringing my business here from now on!

A raggedy location with raggedy people. If you want assistance prepare to be ignored for the first 10 minutes and then given a task to do by yourself rather than support. As far troubleshooting your auto issues you’re on your own unless “you engine light is on”.Better service is not even a mile away. Try AutoZone instead where they actually care about you.

Just left this location and the original person we dealt with needs more training and should do his job better. Went in for antifreeze and ASKED was there more of a certain brand and he proceeded to say NO…I purchased the WRONG thing following the direction of the INEXPERIENCED WORKER. When I went to take the item back it was a oh we can’t because you opened it when YOU SOLD ME THE WRONG THING. You’re not closed until you’re closed PERIOD. Had he done his job the 1st time it wouldn’t have been an issue but because he chose to be Lazy and not help and find the CORRECT item…here we are

Customer service sucks here. I was sent by the mechanic to pick up a part (drive shaft) and was quoted a specific price but when I arrived the associate didn’t honor the price. So i was forced to shuffle out more money than I was told/expected. They jack the price so high I never return to that store again.

I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts last week because my car had been doing something strange. I went inside and asked if someone could check my alternator. Kay came out and was so helpful and informative. My 2nd time to this store and I was assisted by Rob who delivered another excellent customer experience! He's respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond assisting me by finding my lifetime warranty, which allowed me to have the parts I needed replaced!

Outstanding customer service. Immediate assistance entering the store while looking for windshield wipers, recommended premium BOGO product and installed for me in less than a minute! They even disposed of my trash for me. Thank you guys!
