Fantastic customer service! Gregory went ABOVE + BEYOND to make sure that I got the help I needed for my car and he didn’t once complain! He was pleasant and super professional with a very enthusiastic and positive attitude even when we thought there wasn’t a solution! Now THIS is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Their website clearly states they will change out your battery for you. Purchased a battery at their store and they refused to help change it out. FYI to anyone hoping to have help with this

completely unprofessional and rude .. they got no respect for customers i have been to this store several times and never had any issues but this time the experience was really bad the lady named amanda was high on something.. upon entering the store i was greeted by her … wasssup …what you want …. with nasty attitude .. i just ignored that and asked if someone else can help me then a guy named alex tried to help but that hillbilly kept on running her mouth so i have to leave without buying anything and went to a different store ..nope im not spending my money here …with some hillbillies who are high and don’t even know how to talk to their customers..

It's a regular auto parts store. I had a blown fuse, my mechanic told me to go to and auto parts store and they'll test for me (as they used to do all the time back in the good ol days). When I went today they said they don't test fuses, but they can sell me a fuse tester. Well, my mechanic wont do it either, they said to go to the dealership. Shocking. I guess I'll test it myself and buy the fuses from harbor freight.
Why even go to one of these auto parts stores if they don't have people who test fuses, batteries, etc?! If I have to do it myself I'm not buying parts here!!

I would never ever return to their store again they’re very unprofessional the general manager, whatever the hell he is very disrespectful and the thieves are returned apart and employee took the part an never put it back in the computer as returned. I return the part April 5 here it is April 31 and I still haven’t got my refund so I had to go up to the store to get my refund in cash after being disrespected by the stores manager I highly recommend nobody go spend with them.

I went in to buy some windshield wipers and I had no clue about what size or brand was best as well as installing them. The ladies at this store especially the assistant manager (I don’t remember HER name) were so helpful and patient. I will be recommending this store to all my female friends.

I went for some basic caps for my tires’ air pressure inserts and the employees were polite and helped me find what I needed! They have a lot of great accessories for your vehicle as well, thank you!
