“Beautiful & Affordable Venue for Modern & Classic Weddings”
My now Husband and I had a wonderful experience with the Olde Towne Athletic Club for our Summer-Saturday wedding. The gazebo provided a beautiful backdrop for our intimate ceremony. The package we chose provided the 30-minute ceremony as an add on so worked well within our budget. Our cocktail hour and the reception were held inside the ballroom and ballroom bar areas, and provided a seamless transition and experience for our wedding party and guests. Everyone was happy to escape the June heat, even though the gazebo is situated in a shady area (which was a plus!) The staff was very professional and attentive and the food was AMAZING, headed by an award-winning chef! The only complaint we shared with some of our guests was that the signature drinks provided in our drink package were not very strong at all. I guess this is understandable since we did not choose the top shelf option. Other than that, it was the perfect venue. Oh, and the Bridal Suite is absolutely gorgeous! It was the perfect setup for myself, the mothers/aunts of the bride and groom and the bridesmaids to get dress and do hair and makeup touch ups. The groomsmen suite was very nice also. All in all, we would definitely recommend this venue, especially to those couples who are looking for a "one-stop shop" setup for their special day. We are also very thankful to Susan, the Event Sales Coordinator, who provided us with phenomenal service from the initial consultation/tour, the food tastings, walkthroughs, rehearsal and finally on the big day.

As the chair of our annual gala from 2019 to 2023, I have always booked OTAC for this event and been super pleased. When chairing a nonprofit gala, there are multiple factors to account for beyond just the usual party planning aspects - we have to consider a myriad of other less obvious things which can make finding an appropriate venue difficult. OTAC met all these considerations very well and has been the best venue we have used for this event, at least during my long tenure with this organization.I have always found OTAC very easy to work with and accommodating. The food has always received high praise and the fact that they have always worked within our budget while still allowing us to provide a top-notch event for our supporters has been a crucial part of making this event successful. OTAC even holds the record for the location of our most successful gala to date.I would highly recommend OTAC!

The post wedding celebration we held at Olde Towne was so lovely - it felt like our son and his new wife had 2 weddings. The food was amazing and the staff was attentive. Susan was responsive to all my needs and questions.

However, Susan had already shared the rainy day plan with myself and client at our walkthrough meeting. This would also mean that we would have to flip the room for reception. Susan and her staff was ready and willing to make this happen in an hour with no hesitation. They were patient, gracious, generous, and attentive to our needs.
