Old Salem Cleaners East Cobb is my go to cleaners. I recently switched cleaners and am so pleased with the dry cleaning and laundering of my shirts with the perfect amount of starch. They offer the best alterations anywhere. The staff is very personable and friendly.

Old Salem's "Peter" was given 2 pure wool Merino Irish throws, imported and purchased in April, to dry clean. They were left on a Tuesday and picked up the following Saturday. They were/are destroyed. the width has shrunk at least 8 inches, the length at least the same, and the throws are still stained. The fabric looks as though it were boiled at high temperature. Cleaning instructions are attached from manufacturer. Thus far, Old Salem has taken $50 for the cleaning, and has not replaced nor reimbursed me for the throws' value. I have given them 2 weeks to work with them or reimburse me. I will never use this merchant again. Please beware of Old Salem Cleaners.
