words can’t explain how happy i am that i found ms.sylvia!! This was my first time coming to her salon and she has phenomenal service and expertise!!! She uses the top of the line products and it shows in the results! I cannot believe how silky and soft my hair is! I can’t stop touching it, not to mention my hair STILL smells great! I can’t wait to come back! She is absolute the sweetest ❤️

Came for a silk press because Google said they are open. But no one is here! Wasted my gas and time. Change your hours to be accurate please !

Sylvia fixed my hair after I butchered it trying to do it myself. I wanted lots of layers, to save as much length as possible, and had hair extensions in. My hair turned out even better than I had expected. Not to mention Sylvia was super friendly and sweet. I would highly recommend coming to her!

This lady is the truth, I didn’t even want to share how good she is, tbh! She is patient, will work with you, and goes beyond the basics of what we came in for! I feel so blessed and my daughter looks beautiful ? I’m so thankful and had to do the right thing and share the results with you all. Ms. Sylvia is the stylist I’ve been looking for…Over the years, I have been battling with extremely dry scalp. She was able to assess my hair and scalp and make great recommendations. She is knowledgeable and took her time with my natural tresses. Ms. Sylvia is well versed with products on the market and suggested a fabulous treatment, which I’ve already noted improvements (no dry flaky patches). So thankful to have found my new stylist!!

My first time hear was a month ago I got my hair colored, straighten and trimmed I love how Mrs. Sylvia is so professional she used a hot comb on my hair which came out so pretty my hair is naturally curly and my curls popped right back after wearing it straight for a week and 3 days. i went too miss sylvia twice the first time i ask for simple wash n flatiron n trim.. the second time i asked for the same but not wanting all the heat .. so i asked for the comb not to be done n she still applied so much heat that my hair has not converted back to normal.. its started falling out n remains straight... mrs sylvia said she specializes in healthy hair so why so much heat?.. especially on a natural as myself.. i called her a few days after attempting to wash my hair..i even sent her a pictures of my straight hair she said maybe its the flatirons.. she couldn't even remember what she had put on my hair.. i bought in my own deep condition n shampoo herbal rinse when i refreshed her mind of that she blamed my hair on my use of my products.. somthing ive used for years n its chemical free. this lady asked that i come and let her back into my hair for a wash and deep conditioning i said no.. i stopped by the shop w my moms n sylvia gave me some affim oil began asking if im lacking iron? i said my hair was thick and full what are you talking about? this salon is not for real naturals that want a press for a day this straightening damage my hair i had most of it cut off .. let i remind you i visited two other professional salon they tell my hair is not natural its processed???? i informed mrs sylvia of what i was told she had nothing to say..never called to even try to see of i was ok.. didn't care whatsoever.. so i decided to post this complaint to inform anyone who doesn't want PERMANENTLY damage straight hair beware of the salon..straighten comb flatiron stove curling n applying oil while burning.. its a shame!! i pray god has MERCY on her..Service: Hairstyling
