We made the switch from another insurance company to State Farm recently and our experience with Nate Papillion has been outstanding. He has been super helpful with finding the right coverages and making sure we have the best plans that works for us. Nate is always available to help anytime we call with questions. Glad we have a great agent we can count on.

I have been with Nate for over 10 years now, and his office has always gone above and beyond to help me (and now my husband) get the best rates. Even when I moved to MA, Nate worked overtime and helped us navigate and translate my policy to my new state. Nate and Karen are wonderful and always helpful/knowledgeable. I have never had any issues in speaking with Nate, and I would not encourage anyone to go through with purchasing a policy without speaking to their agent.

Very sketchy way of handling policies. I have never met, or talk to this agent, yet I had a policy under my name. I found by calling 1800-StateFarm....Be aware

We have been using Nate and his team for years for our home, cars, business, and any other policy we need. They are quick to answer our questions and help us determine what works best for our needs. Every time I call the office, they are friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate the care they take with our family and business.

Always get decent rates with State Farm, however, we have been with this office/Nate for several years and never had stellar service. Very slow to respond to anything or never clear responses. I don't believe I've ever spoken to him directly, only to other staff in the office. And it seemed as almost every time we had to reach out to communicate, he was on vacation. I attempted about a year ago to reduce coverage on my 13 year old car. I work from home and essentially never drive the car. He said the lowest mileage we could go was 7500/year, which it honestly MAYBE gets about 1000 miles a year on it since I've been working from home and always take my husband's car out and about on weekends. Upon looking at quotes elsewhere, there were plenty of lower annual mileage brackets, so I'm not sure why he would not propose any of those.

Been with Nate for years (10 +/-) Wasn't until I shopped around for new policy that I realized how badly I've been getting dinged. Super nice at renewal time but then.....Gave them a chance to fix but no response. And I've never spoken to him either.
