I like getting my gas at this one, but do not understand why it
asks if I want a receipt, then never prints one......guess they
don't know how to install the paper for it........know I can get
one by going inside , but due to the walk, it is impossible.

I stopped by one day and the store is clean. My kids had to use the bathroom and the cashier unlocked it for me. It was actually clean which is surprising for a gas station. The cashier was quick and friendly also showed me how to save money with their Murphy Drive app. I Will definitely be returning. Also they've been open lately which is surprising because I remember when they were barely open.

I've switched over to murphy usa a few months back and at 1st I was happy with the fuel prices and their rewards program but I've been very frustrated lately with this particular location being closed between the listed business hours of 7am-7pmIdk if they are just short staffed but this is a very convenient location for me and I never know if they'll be opened or not. Hope you all are able to correct this problem soon.

The gas station itself looks alright, and the prices are competitive.BUT they do a bad job at being open, and they don't tell Google about it either, so this gas station has so far been closed every time I've stopped here. Those cars you see in this gas station sometimes are actually people like me who taught this gas station was open because they saw another car stopping here. It's quite funny, really, but don't waste your time.?

IF you visit and it's actually open, consider yourself a lottery winner.Tuesdays at noon? CLOSED. SUN-SAT after 7 pm? DEFINITELY CLOSED. SUN-SAT before 7 am? DEFINITELY CLOSED. All other times, likely to be OUT OF GAS or CLOSED. HUNDREDS of disappointed customers every day. This place is a joke of a gas station.Don't even trust this place as a cigarette or lottery ticket vending machine.

For the last 3-6 months this gas station is NEVER open. The pumps are closed. At least if your not going to show up to work allow the pumps to use credit cards. It’s getting ridiculous.

This location,Chastain Meadows, near Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw used to be EXCEPTIONAL up until about December of last year, at least that's when it became blatantly apparent to the many people who were loyal customers to this location and Company.All of a sudden there was no one there ... So not even a little bit of a normal situational issue to happen to an entire store especially when the Company is not a small "mom and pop shop or something within that realm. No notices as to the status of the business. I just kept driving, like so many other people,waisting my time and gas re-visiting the site and looking for an answer as to why the store was closed and what I could expect in the future?Well finally, one day, out of the blue, they opened their doors with a new staff, which I was extremely disappointed in, due to their poor performance in general, demonstrating no,if any, ability perform in a professional manner and demonstrate a level of competence, and most importantly a sense of pride within themselves and their own work. Now it's April 29th and I believe it was last weekend, could have been the one previous, and here we go again.. it was a Sunday, over an hour before the posted closing time and THEY WERE CLOSED!It's happening AGAIN ...My question to the Murphy Oil is how do you actually still manage to keep your Company from going bankrupt and losing everything if you're Chastain Store is an appropriate example of the expectations that you, the Company's leadership team are an example of your expectations and the Company's own failure to deliver a sustainable business plan that is more sustainable and effective in the actual field therefore the actual closing of an entire location would never have occurred and there would be contingency plans in place.Please, STAFF the store and have the store stocked and running during the limited hours that have been changed Thank you for your consideration and help.Also I do hope that whoever has the misfortune of Overseeing this Store that you have a new drive and a clear passion for creating a culture for your customer's experiences to succeed their expectations. Demonstrate the importance of achieving success by creating an authentic environment by engaging with your staff and customers. In this, you will be able to help build your team up through showing that you are capable and willing to do the same jobs that are expected of them. Lastly, the most effective and usually most challenging is staffing, hiring the right people, making training THE priority and take a vested interest in their future for their success is the MOST effective way for you, individually and the Company as a whole, to ensure success in bprimary need of staffing and training the employees for success!
