Car wash ripped off my shark antenna. They claim no responsibility as they were able to find an internet post claiming it's a known issue. Offered a free wax for my troubles. Why would I let them touch my car again? Stay away.

Spots spots and more spots! Mr. clean is more expensive than the other auto wash places in the area. It doesn’t get my vehicle as clean and the drying process is insufficient. Leaving water spots on the glass and mirrors. I was using a car wash for $20 a month that was not an ideal location but I didn’t have to wipe down anything on the exterior after driving through the auto wash tunnel. Also the towels in the clean towel bin often have dirt or sand on them. They need to do something different other than having two trash cans right next to each other labeled clean and dirty. Too many people throw dirty towels in the clean towel can I guess.

I came in for a oil change and car wash. It was quick and efficient. I also received outstanding customer service.

There are two convenient car washes in the east Cobb area, but this is one to definitely try, you have not already. The staff is always helpful when needed, and things like clean rags, strong vacuums, easy and convenient payment machines, etc are always in service and working well. And the location is great since it’s easy to enter or exit from Shallowford Rd.

No shade at vacuum. $14 for “Bronze” wash, a bit pricy.

Consistent place to get a mediocre wash and possibly some marks on your paint. That’s quite a deal for under $30!

I really like this particular Mr. Clean. I by a bunch of carwash cards for my fleet. They always take care of my guys. When I come in to by my cards they are so nice, great service. This car was get our construction truck as clean as possible.

Gave me a free bronze car wash since they don’t take tap to pay. Went there because my wife has a monthly pass and really likes the people and the results. Next time I’ll bring my card. :)
