I live 2 and a half hour's away, but I had been dealing with ppl on market place that were liar's. Neil is a gem! He has went above and beyond helping me and answering question's. I haven't gotten down there to pick the car up yet, I had a sudden death in the family and the bank wanted to put a hold on the insurance check,? but I'll get it. It's what I've been looking for and I'm very picky.

I bought a car from Neel in 2020, and I couldn't be happier. He was responsive to my texts and phone calls. He was very forthcoming will all of the car details. I never felt pressured to buy the car, and Neel gave me a great suggestion on where to get any future work done. I will definitely be back if I am ever in the market for another car.

The ads not correct on the vehicle we looked at it stated 4wd when in fact it was a 2wd also there were multiple problems with the vehicle not listed in the Ad or conversation that we had with the owner via text and phone calls

Neil is the most transparent and honest person I have had the pleasure to work with when dealing with cars. He said it himself, he is not here to force a sale, only to pass his passion of cars to others and to give others a fair deal that both can be happy with. You really get the sense that this is more of a hobby than a job where he is high pressure selling you to make a living. His response to texts and calls were prompt, his prices are fair with no dealership fees, and is very honest in all things cars or even not! I plan on working with Neil and Motorcars Atlanta for any future dealings, and he is more than willing to help with any connections needed for repair shops, tires, etc. Highly recommended!

I flew down from Chicago to purchase my car from Motorcars Atlanta. Neal was incredibly accommodating and made the whole process a breeze. He was very forthcoming with even minor imperfections with the car that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. The purchasing process truly felt like what one would experience buying from a car enthusiast rather than a dealer. Hope to be back in the future!

I never received a call back after I was told they'd get back to me. After texting and calling for a few days afterwards, I finally got the guy on the phone and he said he had info for me and would call me back. He never did so I gave up. Horrible customer service experience.

Neil was extremely helpful. He responded fast and worked around my schedule. I came from out of town (North Carolina) to purchase the car. To ensure that I will get the car of my dreams, Neil came into work on his off day to get the deal done. Every time I sent a text, Neil responded promptly. This guy is the best dealer that I have ever dealt with. Honest, reliable, and dependable. No question, Motorcars is 5 Stars!!!
