“Gia was AMAZING! We stopped in because my teenager dropped her phone and the screen was trashed and LCD did not work. She gave me a 20 minute wait and a discount on a OtterBox to help convince my teenager it’s necessary! She even even took the time to install it for her.

“I went into the facility about 11:00 am. I had locked out of my phone so badly that it could only be restored to factory defaults. They got my phone fixed almost completely and I have been able use it for everything. This was done within 1 hour!!!!!”

I was able to experience the Verizon home internet and I was very impressed, so I went online and I was approved.
My correct shipping address wasn't pulling up correctly so I decided to opt in for the in-store pick-up.
I arrived at my designated store where my order was ready and waiting where I met CSR, DEVIN. Devin was prompt and followed all the processes of billing my zero sale. For some reason, online orders do not link up with in-store pick-ups. This option will not allow you to bill out. Devin, attempted several more times and it was a no-go. He called a manager who directed him to call the helpdesk. (This is another review later) The help agent informed me that we were going to have to cancel my order, which will take 4-5 days, then I could re-order with same email. or Cancel my order and order my internet with another Gmail address. (???) There was definitely a language barrier there. I was so frustrated, but NOT Devin. He was like, you and your son, are going home with this internet, today.
Then I saw a lightbulb pop on above his head, literally. He called another manager from another store, who I do believe was at home, that was more than willing to help Devin. WE DID PUT HIM ON SPEAKER, (giggles). (This is for US, not for you google review). I didn't get his name, but he logged on from home handled the business and we were able to get out of there since by now the store is closed and we are were hungry and ready to go. Devin, thank you. You kept it fun and you were empathetic to our needs and concerns. You were very personable and we totally matched energies. I appreciate your efforts and willingness to make sure my little boy was able to have his internet. Thank you and your speaker phone manager for all of your help. You da' best Shuggah!”
“It was truly a blessing and an overall amazing experience at Phone Hub on Austell!My daughter cracked her iPhone 11 screen and prior to arrival, I’m not sure who I spoke to, but they offered to text me the exact address because I’m not from the area. “Got there for an Amazon pickup as we were staying here from out of town. No one was there but I called the business and it redirected to someone’s phone number who didn’t answer but shot me a prompt text setting up a new time to pickup my items. Very friendly interaction and when I did pick up he was engaged with a customer but addressed me quickly and got me on my way. Seems like a well run place.”
“Mr. Ignacio did an amazing job repairing the backlights (it had sound, but no picture) on my TV, and his pricing for the fix was very reasonable! He even tested the TV in front of me to ensure it worked before I took it home. It looked even better than the last time it worked! Mr. Ignacio is very polite and knowledgeable. The only knock on my experience is that he can be slow to give callbacks/update, although it seems to be unintentional.”
