So sometimes we don't always find ourselves right near Bells ferry road or wanting to drive to Barrett (this is where the Kennesaw location is at) So we may find ourselves at Walmart and see the Celeries or some other place in a random shopping center or something then swing in to have them fix a screen or something small however I speak from experience when i caution you DO NOT DO THIS!!! It has bitten me in the ass!! So I had an iPhone 13pro the back glass broke on it and the battery started getting very hot. My boyfriend switched back to Samsung so I decided to switch the sim cards and use his old phone for awhile I got an SE then the front lass broke from having my 7 year old using it and carrying it around from room to room. (We have hardwood floors throughout our house) when it came to a point and time where if I used my phone I was getting glass in my finger I decided it was time to repair my phone so I called Owl repair I remembered using them before and thought Id try them again the guy Scott picked up the phone quoted me the price to repair it and I was completely shocked it was the best price I had found ever! I immediately brought him my phone and he fixed it that same day he said it would take around 30 minutes that was also a shocker to me because they usually take around 1 day or so.
I called to say I was on the way Scott picked up and told me the phone was not workings well with aftermarket products he would put authentic apple parts once he picks then up from his distributer at no extra charge, I told him about my iPhone 13 pro I had been hanging onto for some time and told him what happened to it with the back glass and the battery he said he could fix it diagnosis it and have it back to me the next day.
I was was elated!! I had the iPhone SE back and it was working just fine for about 24 hours I was walking my dog and my daughter came running outside to walk with me when she did she knocked my phone out of my hand it hit the concrete so hard it instantly shattered and that was when I went back to Owl repair and told him what happened and that again I would need the iPhone Se screen repaired. He did not hesitate same price and he repaired it. At this time I picked up the 13pro and it was back to it's original state! I was so happy for another 24 hours I picked it up on a Friday we had a birthday party for the little girl across the street and I was chasing my daughters my phone fell out of my pocket screen went black and Owl repair is not open on Sundays. For some reason I was at Walmart we were getting some things for the girls for Christmas and I passed the Cellario's there I remembered that my screen was black and knew it had to be something simple so I went inside not thinking about how I vowed to never let someone other than Scott touch my phone and the guy walks away with my phone, he hands it back about 10 minutes later and says "it is fucked you need to take it back to the person who fixed it they did a terrible job" Now I know Scott did not do a terrible job because it was working perfectly just a few hours before. The very next day I bring it to Scott at owl repair and he is furious He says Jessica only somebody with very specific and special tools and knowledge could have gone in your phone. They have taken out the new battery I just installed and glued in here, they took out the camera sensor, they totally ripped your ribbon on the screen you had on here so you not only need all the things you needed the first time but you also need a new battery they took that out too and then you have to have a new camera sensor because yours has been ripped out. He was so passionate and upset i have never seen him this way before it was the most aut”

“Mr. Ignacio did an amazing job repairing the backlights (it had sound, but no picture) on my TV, and his pricing for the fix was very reasonable! He even tested the TV in front of me to ensure it worked before I took it home. It looked even better than the last time it worked! Mr. Ignacio is very polite and knowledgeable. The only knock on my experience is that he can be slow to give callbacks/update, although it seems to be unintentional.”

No one was there but I called the business and it redirected to someone’s phone number who didn’t answer but shot me a prompt text setting up a new time to pickup my items.
