I WILL NEVER GO HERE A SECOND TIME!!! On 2/20/2024, I scheduled an appointment with the owner and bought 3 used tires. Yesterday, a tire went flat and today I went to a different tire shop to patch it. The worker there told me it was no use, as this tire has dry rot on the sides and in between! Putting it back on would be dangerous. He suggested I call the shop I bought it from and ask for a discount on a good tire. I called the owner of this shop, the same lady I spoke to the first time and explained the situation. I asked her what she can do and she began yelling and instantly became defensive!!! I told her the date and amount I paid and told her I was a first time customer there and she couldn't even provide a discount? Let alone any sympathy. All she kept saying was how long she's been in business and that she has "a million customers". HORRIBLE OWNER!! I'm learning these things on my own but I definitely don't appreciate how rude and defensive she was off the bat.

I bought two used tires from here over four years ago, and they're still good- Time to replace them, mainly because I never rotated the tires, nor took the time to get a much needed alignment, so the outer edges are wornout. Whether you need tires or to plug a flat, this guy will have you in and out in no time, at a very fair price. I keep coming back because I trust him.

Tomas is such an awesome guy I've lived in Marietta for 6 years and I've only let him deal with my tires. He's very professional and prices are very very very reasonable!

I admit they did give me reasonable price for my new tires. Turns out they didn't balance them. My car is shaking all over the place. The owner of the shop ignored my calls and texts. Pay the extra money and go to an actual shop that isn't falling apart like this one

If you look at most of the good reviews they are from years ago, something at this business has changed.This is the type of place that you are warned about when dealing with automotive repairs shops and maintenance.2/10/23 - Brought in 2 wheels and 2 two tires for them just to mount. They did not even attempt to balance them, and just gave them back to me unbalanced with the tires not even fully seated onto the wheel. When I picked the wheel up and pointed it out, gentleman said, “watch out, that can mess your hand up”. Why would you give your customer back to something like that? All I wanted was a simple tire swap, and this shop was embarrassing. For this they tried to charge me $50.When I explained to the lady collecting money that $50 was a rip off for mounting 2 tires not even balanced she acted clueless, and tried to hold her position. Then later admitted they do not even have wheel weights(which is a must when dealing with tires).Literally the most basic thing a tire shop does is mount tires. What they tried to give me was actually dangerous. The poor workmanship of not even checking to see if the tires were seated and fact they didn’t even balance them or even have wheel weights to do so, shows the foundation of their shop and business.They are here to get your money. They don’t care about providing good service to get that money. They just want the money which is common amongst all the automotive shops you are warned to stay away from.

I walked to this place because my car was at another shop. I called and the lady on the phone seemed friendly and like she wanted to help. Even called me back to make sure I made it and wanted to speak to the guy on my behalf. What she was really doing was charging me $20 more than the tire was worth. I walked in and the guy quoted me $50 for a tire but the woman on the phone screamed at him to charge me $70. It’s shady business practices and they will never come back. I hope the $20 was worth it

A $10 miscommunication for the purchase of two tires. Just lost these guys a repeat customer because I am a taxi driver who buys used tires for this car constantly. They seem disinterested in my business anyway. It seem like they are friendly people but it just weren't friendly to me. So I handle my business with a smile and took off
