Ive been using midway since 2011 i started at the main office in Decatur didn’t enjoy the experience went to another tax office and i still wasn’t satisfied so i went back to midway the following year to the marietta location and ive been filing my taxes with Abraham ever since. BEST TAX EXPERIENCE EVER!

I made call today 5:00 pm on February 17, 2021 and I was rudely disconnected by one of the specialist there I do n ot recommend anyone to take their personal information to a place that has poor professional customer service They were very rude and inconsiderate my impunity rights has been violated and I recommend to take your tax information to someone else

I began using Midway Tax Services in 2018. As a single parent with two dependents just breaking into the workforce, I had limited experiences with the IRS and many questions. Abraham and his team were always available to answer my questions, and even went out of their way to mention information that could be beneficial to my household when I didn’t know which questions to ask. Each time I phoned the office, sent an email, or physically walked into the office... I was politely greeted, offered a beverage, and asked to wait (I’ve never waited longer than 3-5 minutes). Individual service and above standard hospitality is always offered in the office and over the phone, and for that I am most grateful. Want to send a big thank you to Midway for taking the time to anticipate the needs of your customers and for sending emails with FAQs relative to the COVID-19 pandemic and stimulus package. This was very helpful to me as a young head of household and I am grateful to have found a tax service that I know is vested in the best interests of my household and community by providing relevant and reliable information, personalized service, and hospitality.
