Picked up my new laptop from here. I did my research and found they had the laptop I wanted in stock. The salesman tried to sell me on their insurance plan, but I find those to be a scam after working at Sears some years back. Loss of a star due to pressure to sell the plan more than a few times. Good place to get electronics; just do your research first.

Great store for all your tech nerd needs... helpful knowledgeable staff... who get that we all dont always need a Ferrari to get job done... recommend balance $$ vs real world need. Of course if you want a Ferrari these "nerds" are more than willing to help you assemble one! :) Note - this store smaller and different layout than the Houston and Dallas stores I've done most of my shopping at in past.

Reps are super knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend those who aren't too savvy with part selection/ building PCs to come here.The process is quick, painless and user friendly.Every time i move to a new location, one of the first things I do is check if a micro center is around. It's like a candy store for tech.

The employees at the service area were helpful and friendly, However, the employees working at checkout were extremely rude. It’s always a constant issue at the store. I will never go there again.

This place is paradise!I am from Latin America and being able to access to so much quality technology in one same place at such low prices makes me appreciate not only the importance of a free market; but also the benefits of living in America and living its values.Microcenter is one of those businesses in America that gives you hope for a fairer and brighter tomorrow.I was able to buy a great Data Science set up that otherwise back in my old country would have cost me twice the price plus bizarre tariffs.Can't wait for US TSMC and Intel Fabs to open in Arizona and Texas so the tech may come back home where it belongs and be able to buy more tech from Microcenter

I have been coming to this place for over 35 years. The building is a little worn and has a little wear and tear. But that's okay. The products are fantastic and all the store personnel are very friendly and helpful. Listen to what it is you want to do or need. Then they will fill that need with you. It's always a pleasure to shop there
