Abrasive and non friendly employees. When the associate would not answer if the store was a franchise or a corporate owned store along with the store number. I was hung up on several times. If you are a CORPORATE OWNED STORE YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO ENROLL CUSTOMERS INTO PLANS AS THE WEBSITE DEALS PROMOTION STATES. I will be getting the store number, associates, name, and the GMs name and will be calling corporate management. this is a total inconvenience for me and this is not the fist time ive had issues. Years ago I did the EXACT SAME PROCESS AT THE SAME METRO LOCATION FOR THE ADVERTISED PRICE STATED ON THE WEBSITE.

This place is the worst. They will overcharge you and try to rip you off. The store near the square has much better people customer service and prices. It’s insane the difference. DONT COME HERE FOR NEW SERVICE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Today I’ve experienced the worst at this location. Even though with this pandemic people don’t have a heart. The salesperson decided to make her own bundle and made the decision to unknowingly sell me accessories with my purchase. Once confronted she attempted to deny what she had done after I had confirmed with three other locations the true cost of my purchase. I wonder how many other innocent people fall for her “personally made bundle”. I would definitely not recommend this location especially with employees like her.

They will cheat you out your money!!!! I went to location with my phone that stopped working Feb 7 2020. I told them I want to take the SIM card from my phone that's not working and put it in another phone. She says I can't and charges me $15 dollars. I call the corporate line and asked about the SIM card issue in which they replied... I could have used the one I brought in. Corporate even asked if i wanted to change back to my other SIM card and that they could do it over ther phone!!!! So yeah... Fμ<{ this location. I will never go back again! I'd give negative stars if i could because that's foul. Don't trust this location.
