"bring us your cake. we don't want your crumbs." I have done retail business with metro for a year or so now. I needed a few pieces of TimberTech and the sales rep called saying he didn't want it because he wanted all of our business. I will never spend another penny here. Just incredibly bad customer service.

We have purchased from them twice during past 10 years for raw cedar products.Both times, we have felt like our $200-$500 order wasn't that important to them. The 2nd time, we arranged the order all in advance, scheduled the pickup time two days in advance and still waited over an hour after we arrived for them to pull 15 pieces of wood.I contacted them a week ago for a price quote and still have not heard back from them.We decided to go with another supplier farther away who responded within a few hours.Seems like Metro prefers orders a few thousand $$$
