I called Russ, who quickly arranged same-day delivery of a hospital bed. Two hours later the bed arrived, when promised. The delivery by Emmanuel was perfect. He was careful to avoid damaging our house as he carried in the parts, demonstrated the controls and answered all my questions. I highly recommend their service.
