Medex has been absolutely amazing to me. They went out of their way to make sure I got my migraine medication that my insurance company would not approve. They also contacted my doctors office and worked with them and my insurance company to get the insurance to cover this medication. They fill and deliver my prescription so fast! I’m definitely having my doctor send all my other prescriptions over to them after this great experience!!!

Don’t use this pharmacy for any medicines you depend on, and don’t let them keep your card on file. They were experiencing an “cybersecurity outage” for over 2+ weeks and refused to fill my prescription for the price I had been paying since their systems were “down.” They were extremely rude, uncaring, and unable to give me any ETA on the systems being up and my medicine being delivered. They told me if I needed the medicine I would need to find another pharmacy to transfer it to. So, I did just that and transferred to Access after being off the medicine for over a week.A week or so later they messaged me that my refill would be ready in a couple days. I immediately wrote back that I did not authorize them to refill. The next day they processed the refill anyway, charging my card $550 (which mind you I’ve already paid this month, from another pharmacy) and sending the medicine out for delivery.Use Access Pharmacy instead of these people who don’t care about their patients.

Good when they are on thier game. But employees can be very rude and don't get dependant upon their automail program. They will stop texting and calling to refill without notice. Cool program when they do it. I had 6-8 out of 15 prescriptions delivered without issue.

I've had to use them for one of meds for about year and they have been great! They always answer the phone when I call to see if my meds are available and they help me figure it all out very patiently. They offered to deliver my meds after my first pick up and it's been great, they always arrive when they say and they process everything perfectly.

Absolutely horrible! Called and verified that this office had the medication that I needed. They stated yes but I needed the discount card. One of the agents told me that I had to request the previous pharmacy transfer my prescription to them as well which was a lie. They are supposed to call your previous pharmacy and have everything transferred. By the time I had ran myself ragged getting discount cards, transfers, preauthorizations from my Dr. (ALL STUFF THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO) THEY TELL ME THEY ARE SOLD OUT OF THE MEDICATION!!!!!
