They cannot process a return by swiping the credit card used to purchase said items… unlike 99% of all retail… let me also mention how I waited a ridiculous amount of time waiting in line… I do have a receipt but based on the hassle so far I rather just keep the item versus having to go through the process again …

First time at this store and had a really sour experience I was with my husband looking for some clothes while he was on the men section I decided to go by my self to the fitting room, while I was in there I put my items on the rack and said I have 5 pieces. The worker proceeded to give me the number but as I was walking inside another worker say out loud “OH THAT DOESN’T LOOK LIKE 5 ITEMS, IT LOOKS LIKE 6” some thing like that so I turn around and scream do you want to check them !!! Like seriously ?

The cashier asked to see the last 4 digits on my debit card um no marshalls tjmaxx or homegoods has ever asked me that when I'm doing a return I know what card I USED thats very uncomfortable and you guys need to correct that next time I will call corporate if it happens again!

Really good Marshall location, I went here a couple times to looking for an specific part of clothes or accessories, the only bad thing that I believe it's that they don't have too much big sizes in clothes like more than 3XL so I think it's normal but it's bad for people like me, btw I like so much the prices and variety of this place definitely I'll repeat my visit to there ?

Everything was disorganized, signs not matching what was under them. Kinda standard for a Marshall’s, so you know what to expect.
