Ok, a VERY notable friend recommended this place and OMG now I KNOW why!! Not only did I make thee best computer upgrade, but when I left I was struck with a freak of nature and my unit was destroyed, I came back to the store and was BLESSED with a replacement device. MUCH LOVE!!

I have used Marietta Computer and Electronics for well over a decade. I would not trust any other store for purchasing used computers and equipment or for computer repairs.As a business owner, I've purchased multiple used computers, which nicely fit my specifications. These purchases helped me to save a lot of money when my business was on a tight budget. And those computers are still working perfectly today, years later.It is important to note that dealing with Marietta Computer and Electronics over the years has always been a pleasant experience. All the staff including the owner is very knowledgeable, friendly, and consistently easy to work with.I would recommend them as your number-one go to for used computers and equipment and service.

Stay away. Originally bought a macbook pro from them and when i got home the speaker sounded like it was underwater. And the laptop was lagging. So i bring it back the next day for a exchange they give me a another laptop more expensive had to pay more ofc. At the store a “service recommended” icon pops up on the battery and I specifically asked the owner “can this be fixed will that be a issue” he looked me in my face and said no it wont be a issue its very common… nothing but lies. After 4-5 months the laptop cant be used off the power cord , the keyboard double types letters , and the computer lags heavy. I do light photo editing on this and id like to have a laptop i can actually use outside of my home. If you want a reliable laptop or computer stay clear from these guys complete scam and they either dont check or dont care about the quality of the product they sell you this is about to be my 3rd macbook in 1 year ridiculous. Ive also asked the owner about a battery replacement and he said they do not use official Apple batteries for battery repair which definitely will mess your laptop up and defeats the purpose your better off going else where because 10/10 the macbook your getting from here is to good to be true highly disappointed bad business for sure.

I bought a used laptop from another company nearby now after two trips with troubles including poor customer service I decided to look around and see what else was available in the area. Found Marietta computers went to visit was totally impressed with how clean the place was how nice and pleasant people are and they helped me tremendously even took my use laptop on trade with a fair price ! I bought a used laptop from marietta computers that was an excellent still is in excellent shape almost like new and works wonderfully well much better than the one I had. The store is extremely clean the people there are very caring and take care of their equipment and have a good supply of many things at a reasonable price they also carry a lot of MacBooks and Mac computers that are very clean and very nice can’t say enough about these people found my computer store I’ll be going back for more stuff later give them a visit

Took my macbook pro to replace a new battery and the sound. The first time i got the laptop back the sound was still the same and the battery was missing. Took it back to the shop and they ordered a new speaker and they said the battery was not plugged in properly. Anyway after my 30 day warranty had expired by macbook pro is flashing the service recommended on the battery and the battery is not holding a charge. Will not ever do business with these guys again!!!

Pretty good place if your looking for a work computer but they can support games on low graphics! With really good prices! The owner is very nice also!The only thing is the sales man didn't know anything or much about the computer, he said it was HDMI and some other things, but it wasn't, it was display port. But he gave me a discount.

Such a wonderful experience! The salesman was very knowledgeable about the products! He explained all the differences between the models he was showing me. He offered me a great selection to choose from and a broad price range to allow me to fit my budget to my selection. Upon purchase, he setup my laptop completely! Everything, too many things to name. I've been using macs since 06 and I learned a lot! So many cool features. I loved that he took his time. They close at 6. I got caught in some traffic and they allowed me to come in around 5:50pm. With showing me the selections and setting up my laptop and showing me all the cool features, it was 7pm before we left. Very personable and kind person. He tested everything and made sure everything worked. They also offer a 30day warranty and told me to come back if I have any issues and they'll take care of it. The store has been there for years. You don't last for years in that area of town without top notch service and products. They also offer repairs. I have 2 other macs that need repair. I will add to the review as soon as I get the repairs done. ..... oooooo, and!! Great pricing! For what I got, I honestly don't think I could have found a better pre owned MacBook. It's not just the laptop that's important to me, it's the customer service that really makes this business shine. My new computer store. Ill be back!!
