I bought a Mercedes sprinter a while back and finally got it on the road to deliver medical supplies & freight. My cash flow was low so I took the risk of getting my first load before getting it serviced. I made it from Charleston, South Carolina to Mount Sterling Kentucky to Atlanta where it indeed broke down. I immediately started Googling and when I found Malone's I felt deep down that this was the place for me. When we got there all I saw were Foreign vehicles which gave me more confidence because I believe in finding specialists to do special work. Being from South Carolina, it was pretty stressful breaking down in Atlanta with not much family & friends available. When I tell you they made me feel welcomed to stay while they work on my vehicle
that's an understatement. I was there all day laughing and joking with Tre & Adam too.
Because I had to leave it overnight they even gave me a loner Cherokee to drive around and take care of business while they got me straight! Overnight too! What a HUGE blessing, and stress reliever.
The next morning I go to pick up the Sprinter And not only did they fix the main problem, they also replaced 2 of my fuses, which I could go deeper into but for sake of time I'll wrap this up. Oh yeah,
One of them even got my vents to work properly again which wasn't even on the bill!
When I tell you that I absolutely love these people I mean it. I can call and get questions answered anytime they're open. That means a lot because most places where I'm from don't do that. I won't let anyone touch my van if I can help it but these guys, I don't care how far I have to tow it! That ought to tell you something!

After I took my car to mercedes dealership, a friend told me about this place. They literally cut my cost in half and told me exactly what I needed and didn’t need. Jenny at the front was super helpful and extremely kind. She called about any updates and what I approved to be done on my vehicle. Because of Jenny and the person who worked on my vehicle, they have a life long customer. Im not taking my car anywhere else!!!

I called Malone’s to inquire about an oil change for my 2020 BMW X6 and they got me in first thing the very next morning…I saved over $100 with them instead of going to the dealer! They were extremely reasonable and they didn’t tack on a lot of unnecessary services and expenses which is something we women have to look out for. When it was done, they asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash and I must say, it is very clean! Nice scent too for my classic leather interior! ☺️Thank you Malone’s, I’ll see you for my next oil change!

I had the pleasure of visiting this shop for the very first time today and from the moment I arrived the staff greeted me with the warmest of intentions. Friendly people and service, very reasonable prices too and at the end of my service, they washed my car. Hands down for me, one of the best services for car repairs in a very long time, keep up the great job.

Disappointing Experience with Malone Auto Service: A Cautionary Tale
My recent encounter with Malone Auto Service left me thoroughly dissatisfied, to say the least. Initially, I brought in my vehicle, a Q7, for what should have been routine maintenance. However, the experience quickly spiraled into a nightmare of poor service, exorbitant charges, and unresolved issues.
First and foremost, their pricing left much to be desired. Charging an exorbitant $750 just to replace a hood latch, purportedly to access the engine, felt like daylight robbery. This exorbitant charge was just the beginning of a series of disappointments.
Their diagnostic capabilities were abysmal. Despite shelling out for a diagnostic, Malone Auto Service failed to identify the root cause of the issues plaguing my vehicle. As a result, my car couldn't even pass emissions, rendering it practically useless. The supposed solution they provided only exacerbated the problems, leaving my Q7 in worse shape than before.
What adds insult to injury is their lack of a payment portal. In this day and age, the absence of a convenient payment method speaks volumes about their outdated approach to customer service.
In total, I ended up spending a staggering $4800 at Malone Auto Service, only to be left with a vehicle in a worsened condition and a sour taste in my mouth. This experience ranks as the worst I've encountered with any mechanic, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of Malone Auto Service unless they're looking for disappointment and frustration.
They could not even properly fix my brake light That I paid them to for.
In summary, Malone Auto Service's poor service, exorbitant pricing, inadequate diagnostics, and outdated practices make it a mechanic to avoid at all costs.

I chose Malones Service and Performance to repair my Mercedes E350 based on a referral from the dealer. I was extremely pleased with their staff professionalism and the expert repairs done to my car. They even called me back two weeks later to follow up with the repair work. I've had a few doctors to call to follow up an appointment- never a car repair shop! I am glad I found a reputable repair shop to maintain my Mercedes E350. I'll be going there for all future maintenance and/or repairs.

Always a great experience when I take my Benz in for service! They get us in on time, sometimes early if we get there early! They give me the run down on things that will soon be needed so I’m not stuned or shocked at the service time, and they always value me as a customer ! Thank You

Honest shop, went in for oil change and they were done in about an hour or so. Did not try to upsell me on anything and they were accurate with their diagnose. Will be coming here to service my Mercedes as long as i own it.

I own a manual speed BMW and I have been taking my car to Malones since 2016, I do not trust anyone else on my car. They are very professional, courteous and very thoughtful as they will give you one of their vehicles while servicing your car. My favorite guy is Tim, I swear I treat him like he's my private mechanic, although he's not the actual mechanic, he is the front office manager! I absolutely love taking my car here, please do yourself a favor and take your car to MALONES!!!?
