After being rear ended on I-75 south in stop and go traffic, we took our Porsche to Magnum for repairs. Brad Hemp was our contact person, and he was very professional handling the repairs on my car. He communicated every time the adjuster called them, or came out for any supplemental damage. Once the repairs were complete, my car looks beautiful once again!Services: Painting

My car looks brand new, and you can tell that they take immense pride in their work. I'm truly grateful for their expertise and professionalism. I am extremely pleased with the handling of my repairs to my car with Magnum. Although the repairs took a little longer than expected, due to the insurance dragging their feet. CJ was very persistent in making sure my car was returned back to me in a like new condition and to make sure that the insurance company was doing what they were legally obligated to do. And for that a special thanks goes to CJ and the rest of the Magnum Collision group.

I’ve been using this shop exclusively for almost 20 years because of the level of work they did. I recently had my bmw z4 in for a simple rear bumper repair. My car came back with the radio not working. My service advisor acknowledged that the radio was working the day I brought the car in. The trunk had been flooded and the amplifier toasted from I assume parking the car outside and not closing the trunk. When I took the car back, a very rude manager, CJ, shrugged it all off and then showed me that they had removed my amplifier and even disassembled it. Worse, the amplifier was re-installed in a puddle of water. No one ever shared this information with me. The manager said he would look into it and get back to me the next day. It’s now been over a month, I’ve called repeated times and left messages with no return calls. I even left a voicemail for the owner, Adam and no one has ever called me back. Horrible customer service and I will never use them again. Furthermore, as a member of the bmw car club and the Porsche car club, I will share my experience with them as well.Services: Painting

They took three months to repair my car. I had to keep calling to get any status updates, amd the tech assigned to my car was firedWhen I picked up my car and drove it home, it had to be brought back due to a massive electronics failure. It turns out a sensor wasn't plugged in! Also, some trim fell off and Magnum has said they would order it and call me when it came in. That was three weeks ago. Guess who hasn't called? After Covid, Magnum just fell off a cliff. I used to recommend them highly, but now I would say go just about anywhere else because not only are they still slow, but they don't do the quality of work they used to.

This place has become a joke dealing with CJ. The so-called Manager is an idiot. They can't even keep up with their own paperwork calling customers about repairs from six months ago, saying that it wasn't paid when in fact it was! Let's not mention my car was there 6 months and they didn't even fix my wheel, I had to deal with it myself. I will never use this company again and I will not recommend them ever again.

I was in a car accident a couple months ago and after reviewing several collision places I came upon Magnum. I was met with courteous customer service over the phone and spoke to a guy who no longer works for the company, but I dropped my car off hoping I was in good hands, as I never been through this process before and this was my first accident ever. My car was in the shop for 2 months, but I began to grow weary as there was lack of communication from the guy that was over my file, until about a month ago or so, I spoke to CJ, who is one of the new managers there. OMG he was attentive, hands on and very invested in the progress of my vehicle being fixed and also handling the pressures and push back I was receiving from the other insurance company of the driver who hit me. CJ is a breath of fresh air, he makes you feel protected and you ARE in great hands. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because I wish CJ came on board sooner!! I went to Magnum Collision for an estimate for a complete vehicle repaint this past week. I met with CJ, who assessed the vehicle and went over what the work would entail in detail. Through his experience, he was able to point out issues with the current paint condition I was not aware of and made some very wise suggestions for improvements I could make that made a lot more economic sense than repainting the entire vehicle. I really appreciated CJ's honest opinion and he helped guide us toward a better solution for our vehicle. I would definitely consider Magnum again in the future for autobody and paint repair.

I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experiences with Magnum Repair Shop, as it has been nothing short of a nightmare. A few years ago, I made the mistake of taking my car to this shop upon my insurance company's recommendation, and I deeply regretted it.After a tree fell on my car during a storm, I entrusted Magnum with the repairs, only to face a series of disappointments. The process dragged on for over a month, and the level of customer service I received was nothing short of terrible. The staff, especially the girl at the front desk, was extremely rude and unprofessional.Regrettably, my ordeal with Magnum didn't end there. Years later, when my car was involved in another accident while parked, I sought repairs from a different shop. It was then that I learned the extent of Magnum's incompetence. The repair work they had done previously was shockingly subpar. The parking sensors had been carelessly painted over. Additionally, a crack near the sunroof had not been properly addressed, resulting in water leakage during rainy weather.The evidence of their shoddy craftsmanship was further evident in the overspray found on the top rack of my car, indicating a lack of attention to detail and care during the repairs.To add insult to injury, my car was returned with a completely dead battery, a clear sign of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction.I cannot stress this enough: avoid Magnum Repair Shop at all costs. Their subpar repairs, poor customer service, and overall lack of professionalism have caused me immense frustration and financial loss. Spare yourself from similar distress and seek reputable repair services elsewhere.

They've had my car for over 2 months now and it's still not fixed!!! Warned them a month in advance that my emissions needed to be done to renew my tag and they swore up and down that it would be done by July 28th. Here is is the 31st and they still haven't done my emissions. I get a guy telling me that the car is not back together yet and will fail emissions if they take it in. Now I'm being a charged a late fee. Then my husband asked for an estimate to have dent taken off my hood and they said they would get an estimate together. Well, that guy went on vacation and when he came back, they had just gone ahead and fixed the dent. Then they try charging us over $900 for a service we did not approve. Now they want us to just cover the labor at over $400! This fee will not be paid by us now. I will never go back to this shop again!!!!

Magnum did amazing job on my 2021 VW Tiguan when someone had pulled out in front of us. I am very particular when it comes to people working on my car and my expectations were definitely exceed way beyond my expectations. Skyler Newman was one of the reasons that my expectations were exceeded. He went above and beyond to assure that I was kept in the loop with the status of my car along with making sure everything was correct when we picked it up on 7/12/2023. I can not say enough nice things about Skyler and Magnum Collision Repair Center. This shop will be our first choice in body work going forward. I have attached before and after pictures to show the amazing job that they did and I can't be any more impressed with the work and customer service that I received through this challenging process.Services: Painting

********PLEASE READ IF YOU CONSIDERING TO HAVE YOUR CARS FIXED THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!******From Nov.26 to on going (June 26th 2023), they still have my car. Following is the simple time line.Nov.24.22 - Car went to shop.Nov.28.22 - Estimate Done. ($3.6k)Dec.28.22 - Delay between insurance (Progressive) and Magnum. Jan.25.23 - Car disassembled. need more time/estimate if we need to order more parts.Feb.10.23 - Finalize ordering stuff. Most of the parts Back ordered.Mar.10.23 - some parts are in but still waiting for Quarter Panel, so cannot start any processApr.10.23 - QP is here but been sent back due part defected, Apr.17.23 - they are out of adhesive, cant startApr. 24.23 - Start WeldMay.19.23 - Went to paint shop. was told to pick up vehicle by May.31st.May 30.23 - Adhesive gone, hicc-upJune 12.23 - Adhesive doneJune 19.23 - Came out of paint should be put back together soon. Told me to pick up 24th.June 26.23 - will maybe finished by 30th.July 3.23 - he says still working on itI think Ive been patient enough. Tried to have a time frame so that they can focus on their work without me bugging, but this was way it has to be done i guess. I was not been bugging them until April but ever since i noticed I was the one who had to follow up occasionally with all those updates, I started to call them and more often and follow up. Now They they even got tired me calling and rejecting my calls.As I said, every Follow up was done by myself. All those news that are for postpone, I figured by following up myself. Order got back ordered? I had to ask them if it was back ordered. Last week, i was told to pick up on saturday and when i double checked on friday, they are saying it will be done next week and they are mentioning its "targeting date". The guy from the recent comment was implying that he was told two weeks every time he followed up and got it out in 9 weeks. Me? It can be a 9 months.

2015 Subaru Forester XT front rubber bumper cover replaced Jan 2023 after hitting a shredded semi-truck tire on the interstate. Took a long time but the car looks better than when it rolled off the showroom floor. I get compliments on how good it looks.Aftermarket roof spoiler painted May 2023. I did the install myself. "Nice job! The color is exactly the same." and "Your paint guy does a great job man." are two actual comments I've received.Photos both attached.
