Great laundromat but they let people’s kids run around the place like it’s a park and it’s very hard to walk around the place. It’s already very small because of all of the video game equipment that doesn’t work and the gambling machines that are in the building

I had to find a local laundromat after the washer at our long-term AirBnB couldn't handle a large comforter at our place. I saw M&S Coin Laundry had pretty good ratings and decided to visit, and I'm glad I did. Mary, who was working there when we came in, was extremely kind and welcoming to everyone who came in. She told me to please feel free to ask her if I had any questions for her after I mentioned it was my first time there. When I had questions, she answered them graciously.The place was extra clean, very professional looking, had all kinds of laundry services, and even had the ability to pay online for washing and drying. There was a movie playing (which was an awesome extra touch), and there was a special seating area for kids with maybe around 50 children's books, which is a spectacular addition to a laundromat.I'm grateful that this laundromat does so many wonderful things to offer a high level of customer service to its customers!

Poor customer service. Dryers are not good, set on high and still had to put a lot of money into them for a small load. The company owner tried to rip me of when I went to soap center machine to purchase softeners. The softeners from the machine only came with 2 sheets when you could've just went to the attendant and purchase a box with 20 sheets. Which I did, I let them know the issue and the manager made a fuss about with his employee. Again, poor customer service at hand.
