Lowes in Marietta is the worst I have been to order a wall oven from Lisa Bruce to customer service I never got my oven because Lisa didn't know what she was doing when the people came to my house took the measurements it was 25" 5/8 Lisa told them it had to be wrong it's 27"and told Lisa oh yeah that's it so supposedly she order it in November 4 (but never got a confirmation from Frigidaire). So when it was suppose to be in store on 11/21 she told me it wasn't in and she had to follow up on it she told me she had to reorder it again then after the holiday she told me Frigidaire got it and she got confirmation on it supposedly be in store on 12/12 which it was. So I got a call from the installation department it will be 1/5/24. So I was planning on taking a 1/2 day off on 1/5/24 but on that day the installation department call me that the oven they have was too tall and that I had to talk to Lowes which I did I talk to Jess which I explain everything to her all she wanted to do is refund my money and not save me as a customer no customer service at all. So I explain to her I will be down to get my money. So when I got down there it took 4 people to refund (now I didn't have the receipt in hand it was at home I went directly to Lowes) so when I ask for the refund of the warranty they told me since it's over 30 days you need to call and I said no you people need to call and get my money I don't know if they call because they gave a card to me with information on it and when I call I need my protection plan which I don't have supposedly it's on the receipt which again I don't have the receipt at hand it's at home. And when I asked Lisa Bruce again on friday nite what about the taxes she told me there was no taxes but I didn't believe her. So went home and again Lisa Bruce lied again she doesn't know what she is doing so when I came back again on Saturday after 3pm I told her they owe me my taxes and she told me we don't refund taxes so I told yes you do so she brought Jess from the appliances and after arguing with her she finally gave my money back of the taxes

Edit. I see I’m not the only one who as experienced manager Ako. After reading reviews this store needs new employees. I truly hope Lowe’s looks into this rude employee!!! I will shop at Home Depot from now on!! No one at Lowe’s cares.I would not give this store one star if I could. Spent over $4000 in two weeks in this store. New range and microwave a week ago. Today I am being told it won’t be installed for a month. Was never informed that installation would be a month. Called to speak to a manager, on hold and never helped. Drove to the store to ask for a manager, a very annoyed Ako came up to speak to me, called me the wrong name. Looked completely annoyed I was there. I explained my situation and he stood there staring at me. He basically said well it’s Christmas and we have no way to know how long delivery will take. I told him I could tell he did not care about me or my situation and he continued to stand there annoyed. He smarted off how could I tell he didn’t care by the annoyed look on his face!!! Never offered to see if delivery could be sooner, never apologized. I told him it would be nice to be informed of the long delivery time. I drove next door to Home Depot and ordered same things and they price matched with no issues and delivery much sooner. Very kind sales woman there who cared. Do not purchase appliances from Lowes Dallas hwy they don’t care.

Treated very poorly by management. OCCO in particular. Poor communication between managers Elizabeth and OCCO resulting in a complete waste of my time. And a total attitude when confronted with their mistake. Not how a customer service business should be run. Very glad I won’t be working here and will never shop here.

Selected two new wall mounted outdoor light fixtures to complement our rebuilt back deck this week. Lowe's had a great selection of options! The Birchwood farmhouse/industrial style has a 12W integrated LED so no changing out bulbs. We're skeptical but hopeful. It took trial and error to find the right bulb for the Halyard to match the LED color/warmth. Best match for us is the GE Relax LED 'neutral warm white light' (most yellow colored box). It was super easy to return the bulbs we didn't like and repurchase another option.
