We recently purchased a dryer from the west cobb Lowes. We paid extra for them to take the old dryer with them. They removed the dryer from the house and left it on our back porch. Ok mistakes happen not the end of the world. Then they no showed on the new pick up. They claimed we did not have it scheduled. Sent them the confirmation email, they don't care. Wasting PTO to be available, wasting time on re-scheduling, wasting time on phone/on hold with west cobb Lowes, wasting time on on phone/on hold with the delivery company. No help from the delivery company and no help from the west cobb store. Its been a total disaster.

Ordered a new front door for my mother’s home after the front window was busted in to perform a medical rescue of her husband while she was out of town. The reviews listed turn around time as the fastest with them. I stressed the importance of this being completed as soon as possible.
Unfortunately they dropped to ball on receiving the door as it was damaged and no one noticed. The door sat awaiting the installers (who had a three week delay) damaged. They then had to reorder the door when installers came to pick up the door and the damage was very noticeable before they left the store.
Every step had delays and errors on Lowe’s end for a final finish date a total of 3 month later after anticipated 6 weeks estimate.
I attempted to cancel the order many times and they insisted on a 20% restocking fee. They promised a compensation for the delay after install. Now after install, I had to call them to follow up. The amount offered to compensate my taking off from work 3 days, the additional 7 weeks delay, was $150. The project cost over $4600.
I do not recommend using Lowe’s for any install. Use a smaller focused company who specializes in this project. The installers who great. Very competent and professional. So sad that Lowe’s messed up this much. They need to keep their staff happy in receiving so that they are trained and competent. That role is critical.

Usually checkout is fine but today the self checkout rang up an item twice and I didn't notice until I got home. My fault for not checking more carefully before leaving the store. What I ding Lowes on though is not having a live cashier option. Oh well.

I was at Lows de Marieta to buy a Christmas tree and I was very well served by an employee named Nell, he helped me get one and took it to my car, he seemed like an excellent seller, I was satisfied and I recommend this store.

Unbelievable! Found out at 7:30pm on delivery day (day before Thanksgiving) that the Amazon delivery was delayed until day after Thanksgiving. I needed a grill for Thanksgiving day.
Went to Lowes at West Cobb Dallas Hwy Mariett, GA. They had a Blackstone in their ad for $149.99. Display in center aisle had 5 of these. Employee told me he could not sell it to me. I asked why, he said it was for Black Friday sale in 2 days and would be $99.
I told him I needed it today and would pay the $149.99. He said the only way I could buy it was to order online and pick it up. I went online and it showed out of stock. Showed him that and he said he could not sell me one until the day after Thanksgiving.
I hurried to Home Depot just before they closed for the holiday and purchased a nice grill.

We went into this Lowe's on 11-23-24 to look at stoves. Kenesia(I hope I spelled her name right) helped us. I had some pictures of stoves that I was interested in. After Talking with Kenesia, we ended up getting one that I didn't even look at online. She was the most helpful, patient, kind person I have ever met while appliance shopping!! She needs to be recognized for this! Lowe's has a great employee in her. I hope she is still there when we need our next appliance!

They need a bright color vest.I normally go to the store with the orange apron.And I'm always able to get help right away.The staff here seem to be occupied and/or very little availability.
They didn't walk you to where you needed to be just pointed you in the direction

Worst customer service in the world aside from maybe CVS on Due West Rd. How many people does it take to stand around, not do anything, not greet you, say goodbye / say thanks, not work an actual checkout register? Apparently around 15 people soon to replaced by robots.

Review for Lowe’s Online Order and In-Store Experience
I recently ordered an item from Lowe’s.com, and unfortunately, the delivery experience has been extremely frustrating. Although the item was shipped, it has been sitting in a facility in Austell for days. We were repeatedly told it would be delivered “today,” but three days later, it still hadn’t arrived.
After calling my local Lowe’s for assistance, I spoke with an associate named Amber, who was very helpful. She informed me they had a similar item in stock and suggested that I could come to the store, where they would credit me on a gift card and cancel the original order. Based on her guidance, I headed to the store to resolve the issue.
However, after waiting approximately 45 minutes, I was informed that they couldn’t help me after all. I then spoke with the manager, Robert Reddick, who was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of listening to my situation or offering any solutions, he immediately told me there was nothing he could do. The lack of customer service and consideration was disappointing.
I appreciate Amber’s initial effort to help, but the overall experience with this order and lack of assistance from management was unsatisfactory. Lowe’s should focus on providing better communication about delayed deliveries and empowering staff to follow through on solutions.

This Lowe's store is my one stop shop for DIY (Do it yourself) it's well stocked very clean aisle and awesome customer service throughout the store. Always meet my expectations.
