Grayson gave me one of the most thorough and helpful demonstrations I've ever received in any retail store. She did a great job of conveying the quality of the furniture, and the company's values. I'll definitely be coming back for all of my furniture needs!

All-around incredible experience customizing, ordering, and assembling our Lovesac! And it was absolutely worth the trip to the small Marietta showroom to visualize what we wanted, talk through our options, and place the order with confidence of an associate confirming everything we needed.
My only feedback is on the user experience side — We had several moments of panic during assembly resulting from thinking we had incorrect pieces. The configuration we wanted was 4 deep seats with one standard seat coming off the left side (see photo of our block configuration in-store) But the boxes we received were labeled 2 deep seats and 3 standards. This was ultimately correct because of the way the corners work, but having for example a printed diagram of our desired setup with the pieces labeled could've saved us a few swear words, hypotheticals of cancelling our Superbowl party, etc., throughout our building process.

The StealthTech product has so much bass (good thing) that the power cord shakes itself loose. Disassembling the couch to fix it is terrible! Afterwards, the connections don't always reconfigure. The most recent update to the app was even worse. A product that started out great keeps getting worse 7 months later. Too much money for this much trouble.

The Love Sac product is tremendous, we have experienced the sectional at our sons home many times and loved it! When it came time to replace our current sofa we knew it was going to be the Love Sac sofa/sectional. So we went to the East Cobb location and fortunately met Diamond, she is tremendous and very knowledgeable of all the Love Sac products and configurations, she made the experience as great and enjoyable as the Love Sac product. Now we can’t wait for our new Love Sac Sectional to arrive! Thank you Diamond we appreciate you and thank you for guiding us to our choice. Can’t wait for our Love Sac to arrive!

The Love Sac product is tremendous, we have experienced the sectional at our sons home many times and loved it! When it came time to replace our current sofa we knew it was going to be the Love Sac sofa/sectional. So we went to the East Cobb location and fortunately met Diamond, she is tremendous and very knowledgeable of all the Love Sac products and configurations, she made the experience as great and enjoyable as the Love Sac product. Great location! This store is located in the Avenues of East Cobb among many other stores. It's right next to bath and body works and centrally located in East Cobb. I came here to check out the sofa and the different fill types. I would say I was impressed with the salespersons knowledge of the product. I liked how there were actual couches in the store (The buckhead location that I went to many years ago literally felt like a closet and had maybe one small couch). I was also able to check out the different fabric types. I highly recommend checking out this store if you're considering buying a lovesac!

Horrendous experience. Did not actually get to look in the store itself as they have a max capacity of 5 people in the showroom. We waited 10-15 minutes for the “hostess” outside to even acknowledge us as she dealt with a complicated return for the people in front of us. We saw a man and two children leave the store while standing there. Only then does she inform us that there is a waitlist with someone still waiting to be let in. We drove 30 minutes to the store so we waited. After waiting in the car for another 30 minutes, we checked in again and were told we were next but the person just went in. How long did they wait for that person to get back to the showroom since people left while we were standing there?? We probably could have seen what we needed to see in the time it took that person to arrive. If you are going to limit capacity in the store that much, which I understand because it’s shockingly small for a furniture showroom, just say it is appointment only or limit the amount of time people can wander around. I have no idea when we’d have time to go back and actually make a purchase. This whole thing was a joke.

I can't even adequately describe how great our experience was with Amanda at this location. She is AMAZING and clearly an expert at what she does. We genuinely appreciated her attention to detail and incredible customer service abilities.
