I felt so uncomfortable in this store. No one said hello, which didn’t really bother me until everything else happened. I approached someone with questions about trying clothing on, I was interrupted with a sharp “yup”. Sales clerk didn’t even lift their head and make eye contact. I felt like I was not welcome in this store. There was one associate helping your typical looking East Cobb (rich) customers, offering them a changing room. Meanwhile I have my arms full of stuff to potentially purchase. I debated even buying anything because of how bad the experience was but I had limited time to find something else. I won’t be shopping at this location again

Was visiting relatives in East Cobb from California - really liked this store - great clothes at good prices for out and about, business or shopping. Very helpful staff, Anna the manager in particular. Helped me with orders for sizes not in stock at the store, fast friendly service. Have to give my local Loft another visit now.

Terrible customer service. They told me they would be open today to return anything that didn’t fit since their fitting rooms are not open. Well, I went by today and they have a sign up they are “closed all day today to fulfill online orders”. The sign said to take your returns to the Alpharetta store. I drove 30 min to get there. And yesterday one of their employees yelled at me because I wasn’t wearing a mask outside..... yes, that’s right... outside their store. I guess they’re patrolling the sidewalks now too. This store is ridiculous.

I shop online for convenience. When I place an order and it takes you 2 weeks to have it at my door...thats frustrating. Whats more frustrating is finding out the return date is 30 days after the ORDER date. (I can understand a Point of Purchase in a REAL store being 30 days.) I took it to the store for a return and showed the clerk my tracking text. She could not override the system...only offer me a store credit. I chatted online and received the same trite answer. So you take your Merry Time shipping my items to me...and I get stuck with a store credit? So Long LOFT! I will shop where I can depend on the Customer Service

I had a wonderful time. I was trying I find one specific dress on clearance and I found it, but in the wrong size. One of the sales assistants offered to order it for me online and have it shipped to my house free of charge, and she applied the in store discount to it! I couldn't be happier.

The employees of this location is the worst I have ever seen. I came in a few weeks ago and overheard an employeee making racist comments about a customer who just left. At one point, I find that same employee standing behind me and staring, without saying anything. Really rude and creepy employees. If you are minority, please get out and do not shop here!!

Loft is a beautiful store, add it to a great plaza with places to eat like Jason's deli or Five Guys, and.more stores like Ulta, Talbot's, all on one spot, you have a blast.

I'm a huge fan of loft and am a frequent shopper. This particular location was the worst experience I've had at the numerous Loft stores I've visited. The sales team working stood behind the counter the entire hour I was in the store. They were on their phones and gossiping. Never once did they approach me and ask if they could get a fitting room started. Once I went to the dressing room, no one was managing that area and every single room was full of clothes that previous customers had left. I had many items I wanted to purchase but decided to go to another location to shop.

Some nice things. Sales people were awful. One girl texting almost ran into me. 20 minutes in the store, handful of clothes, no one even said hello.
