If you want to open up an account at this bank, I wouldn’t recommend this particular bank. The manager at this bank have no idea of what she is doing. I set up an account with the plans of transferring all of my funds from every other bank to this one. The manager at the bank hooked up the account. Within two weeks, so much happened. My debit cards was sent to the wrong address, a debit card was not ordered for my business partner, my address was put in wrong, my social security number was put under my business partner name, and her social security number was put under my name. They canceled my debit cards without telling me and sent me over some more. Every time I made a business purchase they cancel my card and then I have to go through hell to un cancel. I was doing a business purchase with some more business people and was left at a registered embarrassed with a frozen card. They will never be Navey Federal Credit Union with this type of performance.

I lucked up meeting Elizabeth at this location! Elizabeth assisted me with opening my first credit Union personal credit card account & was amazingly thorough as she explained the process in a way where one wouldn’t have any questions at the very end.She has a warm welcome vibe & you can tell the people around her love working with her so I will be back. In a time where everywhere is short staffed I have a lot of respect for what she does here at this establishment LGE credit union.

Until a few months ago I was generally happy with the service and products at LGECCU. I was a customer for well over 35 years and, over the years, had checking and savings accounts, credit lines, car loans and home equity lines of credit with this CU.Then --in May 2022-- someone broke into my account and pulled $5,000 from my credit line. The customer service representative at the branch office was very helpful, but the fraud department (specifically a snake of a man named Mark Doyle) was unhelpful, unfriendly, and generally hostile towards my dilemma. Someone else managed to bypass the credit union's security protocols and commit a felony, and in his mind I was the bad guy!He refused to unlock my new account until I had my computer scanned, cell phone checked and adopted 2 step verification. I found out later that the business did little or nothing on their end to pursue the hacker. Probably because banks and credit unions have insurance against fraud.It happened again in July 2022. Another $5,000 was pulled from my account in less than a minute despite all the precautions I was asked to take (and took). I assumed that LGECCU would help me again and was ready to replace my cell phone in case it had been hacked. Once again the customer service representative was very helpful, but had to call the fraud department to get directions on a way forward. Based ON A 45 SECOND PHONE CALL "Mr." Doyle informed me that he no longer wanted me as a customer. My accounts and credit cards were shut down; I was given a check, and within 5 minutes a 35+ year customer relationship was broken.I would urge Mr. Doyle's manager --Trisha Hernandez-- to think long and hard about maintaining Mr. Doyle's status as an employee and I would asked all current and potential customers to think very hard before using LGECCU for their banking needs.

This is the worst possible bank you can get a loan with. They do not care about you as a customer. You are just another number! RUN AWAY!

They don't cash checks unless you're a member. Then they tell you that and they're very rude to you and escort you out the door. What a scam.

I would be very wary of keeping my money in a place like this first they don't cash checks for the people you write them to then they don't keep even $10,000 cash on hand they need five days to get it likely because they're spending your hard-earned money on fancy offices that don't cash checks nice uniforms and Specialty Products to try to convince others to bank with them I would stick with a conventional Bank

The atm machines never work. I have yet to have a positive experience at this branch. Gone are the days when tellers provided customer service.
