The matainance man was not aware of all my requests.

The maintenance man arrived yesterday and he finally fixed the repairs. He was efficient and also very nice. He apologized for the delays throughout the week and explained that he was continuously pulled redirected from my work order to fulfill other others. Thank you so much for making sure that my repairs were completed!
