I am very disappointed in this vet office it was like nothing i have ever experienced in a vets office, when you go to a vet you expect them to break down the treatment and all your options and they also normally tell you pricing before you have to pay they did neither of those things they also charged me for medication for sedation when my dog was seen for an ear infection and they did not even clean out her ears or sedate her i spent $300 when i wasn't planning on spending more then $100 for something so simple as an ear infection for them to just put some topical cream on and not even give her medication for her ear and to not clean it out i appreciate them helping but i don't like the way i was not informed on any treatment for my animal. i would not recommend if you like to actually know what's going on with your animal and would like to know how much money you will be spending before they just make you run a card.

I’ve taken my pets to Lassiter Animal Hospital for over 20 years and have never been let down. My most recent experience is what led to this review. The entire team at Lassiter Animal Hospital is truly incredible. They literally saved my dog’s life by performing a life saving splenectomy. During which they cared for him (and me) with the utmost compassion and empathy. They have also been a part of several end of life decisions over the years. This is one of the toughest decisions a pet parent can make but the staff at Lassiter Animal Hospital know how to make it as peaceful as possible. I am so grateful for every single staff member at this establishment and will continue to trust them with the care of my babies. Thank you to all the Vets, vet techs, front desk staff, and everyone else at Lassiter Animal that works behind the scenes. You are so very appreciated.

Experienced Vets but very over priced..wants 2 charge for 1 pill...really after I spent hundreds of dollars there!

This vet hospital goes above and beyond to help your pet in need; the vets are wonderful, incredibly knowledgeable and caring and truly put your pet first. Staff deeply cares also. They also maintain an impeccable standard with cleanliness. Highly recommend.

When I called to get an appointment for my 16 year old indoor cat that had not been to the vet since she was a kitten, Lassiter immediately pulled up her record from so many years ago. Princess got extra special treatment, because her account number was among their irst 500 patients, new patients today are in the 16,000s. Great service. I'm happy. Princess is happy.

We love Lassiter Animal Hospital! They've taken such good care of our cats and dog for many years now. The staff is always kind and efficient. The few times we've had emergencies, they have always worked us in. Wouldn't trust my pets to anyone else!

We've always gone to Lassiter for our pets' needs. They are readily available to answer questions over the phone or get us in for a check-up. Dr. Stevenson has been his primary vet with this third puppy, but we have always liked seeing Dr. Pifer over the years, too. I'm sure all the doctors are great.

The staff is amazing and does so great with our two big dogs. We had a hard time finding a place for them to stay while we were out of town since they are super anxious and tend to have aggression but Lassiter Animal Hospital loves on our dogs and treats them like their own.

Dr. Stevenson at Lassiter Animal, was very compassionate, knowledgeable and caring toward my dog. She followed up with me personally to review my dog’s test results and discuss the treatment plan! It was an excellent experience!

Been coming here for over 5 years now. Love them. They are always training new people who seem to love to work here. Everyone is nice and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with the vets though!

We have returned to Lassiter Animal Hospital after 4 years of being without a dog. They were the sole providers of care for our two previous dogs. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Stevenson has taken care of our new puppy from 3 months old and is very gentle and caring. We are happy to recommend them.
