That young man helped me out today and I truly appreciate his disposition and courteous manner! It was my first time using the self-laminating center at the store and he was so kind to demonstrate 'how-to' work the machine and made himself available in case I needed some further assistance. The store is quite a drive from where I live but I will be back whenever I need because I had such a great experience!

Lakeshore Learning in East Cobb, Georgia is a parent's dream! ? They've got an awesome selection of educational toys and games that make learning fun for kids. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, creating a welcoming vibe. It's a must-visit for quality educational toys, and with Christmas coming up, it's a jackpot for entertaining and educational gifts. Definitely a go-to spot for parents!

For over two years, we have frequented this exceptional shop and have consistently been impressed not only with its diverse array of items but also with the unparalleled customer service it provides. It is evident that the staff possesses a genuine affection for customers, especially children, and is always eager to go above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience.A notable instance of their exceptional service occurred today when we arrived after the conclusion of their kids' Quest Event. Despite our tardiness, the staff graciously extended the opportunity for us to partake in all the enjoyment and activities originally reserved for the event attendees. A male manager, whom we regrettably did not inquire about at the time (details to be added later), dedicated over 10 minutes to engage with us, going so far as to offer complimentary gifts. He dedicated himself wholeheartedly to imparting joy and knowledge to children.This thoughtful gesture left us deeply moved by the kindness and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Instances of such outstanding customer service deserve recognition, and we cannot let them go unnoticed!

I love this store! I always feel like a kid in a candy store when I visit a Lakeshore location. Many of the educational toys are on display so you can interact with them before you purchase. The sensory choices are literally endless and I easily and happily spend over an hour every time I visit. There's so many options to make math, reading, writing, etc. fun and engaging. And I love that many of the toys show age ranges from child to 99+, because we all need to tap our inner child. Please support these stores and keep them in business for our very precious learners!

This place is heaven for kids, literally! If you've got kids, you need to bring them down here and check out this store. This is one place where they will not say no to when you say we need to go shopping, haha. They also have lot of stuff for teachers as well. The store is clean and plenty of parking spaces outside as well.

Great place. All the staff is nice and helpful. They do crafts every Saturday from 11 to 3 for all ages. My son loves to go do the crafts. There clearance stuff is great as well. I always am able to find what I need. They also have displays of some of there products to see how well your children like it.

This place is AWESOME! I always loved them when I taught but seemed to forget just how many resources they have for the family. Clean, organized, and definitely family friendly. Last weekend I called and asked about lamination they were SO nice and even more helpful when I arrived. I got to laminate my own stuff it was cheaper and looked way better than things I've had done other places. They have free kid crafts and activities on Saturday. Lots of great gift ideas and neat toys for any age. I also found several activity books for my daughter to practice with for school or use in the car! Cannot say enough good things!

Love them! They always have what need.. just very FAR away I have to plan to visit maybe once every 4 to 6 Months... if they were closer I'm 100% sure that i would visit once a month or more..
