Ari, the Assistant Manager, was amazing! She was so kind and thoughtful and helped me to map out a plan to be healthy just talking with her during my orientation.

Beyond a doubt this is the best gym and LA Fitness because of Ari who works there!! She went above and beyond to show us the entire gym, show us specific machines and made us feel more than welcome; like we were family. Every time we come in she has a smile on her face and is genuinely happy to see us! Any time I have a question about a machine or a class, she goes out of her way to help us have a better workout. Any concerns we have had about cleaning the machines for health safety she completely understands and even offered me a cleaning bottle she had when the rest were in use. I am unbelievably impressed by her kindness and knowledge and look forward to going to this LA Fitness location because she works there! Kudos to her for being an amazing person!! We need more people like Ari in this world!!

Run down, broken equipment, hard to adjust cuz so rusted. And now a swim team in my pool. Hell no. I'm canceling.

Rust bucket,the whirlpool was closed for two weeks,the handicap chair is not even plugged and rusty. The floors are slippery and no mats on pool deck . This place this should be shut down as a hazard!

Staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. And tonight was the last straw. Having an employee yell over the intercom multiple times, making rude comments and literally yelling at people to "GET OUT" well before close is insane.
I've seen them completely shut all the lights off 10+ minutes before close, which is a lawsuit waiting to happen. There was even a spread of several weeks where one employee would rush me when I came in 1-2 hours before close and proceed to follow me around rushing me to hurry up and leave, which is odd because I've never stayed past close. Regardless, this behavior unacceptable.
Management needs to get this under control and focus more on cleaning how filthy and run down this place is becoming, rather than allowing employees to sit on their phones upfront while they ignore and scowl at members.
This is a relatively expensive gym for what it is, and I can't be expected to put up with this behavior much longer before I look for another gym and advise others to do the same. But not before I reach out to corporate.

Worst customer service. Brian so call manager. I have asked him to fix my account it has someone else pic on it and I get stopped all the time because I have some white kids pic on my account. He says he will fix it but never does. People on the frnt desk has no idea how to answer any question. Feels like they will hire anybody with a heart beat. When you ask the same question to 4 different people and you will get 4 different answer. Only thing they know is how to sign up new clients. Other than that they all are dumb as a door knob including so called manager bryan. If there was another option close to my house , I would never go here.

to close at 9 on a friday is Stupid . bring back till 10pm on fridays its just no reason for them to be closed THAT EARLY that day

The stank from the carpet made me turn around. Specially the men’s dressing room. I just went to Planet Fitness. Guys this carpet is soaked with germs and sweat. It needs more air too.

the Sandy Plains is my favorite location. today Ari and Dwayne -GM helped us with change in membership. They were so friendly and efficient . I go here for water aerobic and love the class. The pool walls, doors and ceiling could use some cleaning and coat of paint.Everyone is always very nice.

Pretty good Gym. The only thing I would like to see is more space between equipment. Especially the free weights section. If you take a bench next to anyone working out, you will interfere.

They have a no solicitation rule, except for third party companies. Their salespeople are already annoying and now they're letting in soliciting from other companies now. We're paying a monthly subscription for this? At least this la fitness isn't as dirty as the East Cobb one.
