I’ve attended this facility a year. Over this time I experienced 4 separate occasions in the busy w/o evening
were a female custodian enters the men’s crowed locker room to clean & empty the trash, in areas including toilet , sauna,shower,dressing area while men are present and undressed… No warning, no shame , no privacy and no respect. On each 4 occasions I made management aware in writing of these incidences, yet nothing continues to be done. Not just one female custodian but two different ones. I don’t think this would go over well should a male custodian enter into the women’s locker room in such a fashion which would be so disrespectful and insensitive. After 4 separate times notifying management, last time on this past Wed. Aug. 14, 2024, I’ve come to the conclusion, LA Fitness has the attitude….we don’t care, y’all just deal with it!

My family had a very rude and dismissive interaction with staff member Bianca. Bianca was indifferent to listening or displaying any empathy to someone who has been visiting this gym on an Active and Fitness membership for over a year and a half.
Active and Fit has made changes to its program. This has caused some changes. I understand not everyone is on the same page at this point. But the rudeness that I encountered while just trying to have a conversation with Bianca to provide information was met with curt responses and arrogance. To ask my daughter to call A&F on a Sunday (when they were closed) meant you couldn't have been an expert on the program.
I initially asked to speak to a manager and was asked "what for". The response I recieved was to come in so that we can call A&F (again they were closed). The conversation felt like an inconvenience, where again, the persona was one of "since I'm the expert I don't have to address your concerns" (I did reach out to Kristina Ward to share this experience as well).
Overall the total experience with Bianca lacked basic politeness and helpfulness. As a veteran in this community, I don't think it's too much to ask to hear your consumers out and maybe say, hey we're having some trouble with your membership, but I'll let you in today and tomorrow when the offices open we'll see what we can do figure out to resolve this.
My daughter may return to this location. But I cannot recommend this gym to friends, family, or veterans.

I don't go for the gym, but for the Amazon Locker. Very convenient and the staff is nice each time even if you aren't a member.

Personal trainers really care and I love the staff! I'm recovering from a plateau shattered, tibia and a fracture. They're extremely motivating through this process. With them. I'm way ahead of schedule for healing

Equipments are slightly below average LA fitness.
There are some stain in the pool and shower room may need some upgrade.
but staffs are pretty nice so still a 4 stars in my opinion.

The gym is generally clean and well-maintained with plenty of machines, but the air is pretty stale - it’s always warm and muggy with no moving air, especially upstairs in the cardio area.

Had an amazing customer service experience with this location!!! Jerome the manager is just magic!!! Attentive, great listening skills, empathy, in overall great customer service not like Austell location. Definitely will switch locations and frequent this one in a regular basis.!

So much of the equipment is broken that it really makes no sense. I’d rather transfer my membership to the new Crunch in Marietta than keep dealing with this.

Night crew on 3/8 was terrible I was mistreated when I walked in . The lady with the short cut needs an attitude training towards members . She’s going back and forth with other members about putting up weights ,kicked people out a few minutes before closing time, I was very displeased with my visit , so much so that I am taking time to make this review , however this was a bit much , do better

The manager here clearly doesn’t like his job and has zero customer service experience. This gym it’s disgusting and constantly smells like a porta potty. If you want weird creepy man to stare at you all the staff does nothing feel free to go to this location. Matter of fact it’s any LA fitness I’ve ever been to ever.
