Basic pedicure and manicures. Their cuticle work doesn’t last, after 3 days it looks that you haven’t done a pedicure or manicure in weeks. They cut too much of your nail and you have to wait longer in between to let your nails grow. They leave the sides of your nails without color. If you want a lasting pedicure or manicure this isn’t the place. They don’t pay attention to detail.

I had a fantastic experience with Mindy. She took great care with each nail, ensuring they were perfect. Mindy was sweet and professional, even staying past closing to finish. I highly recommend LK nails!

1st time coming to this place. I didn't have to wait long before I went to the chair. Got a deluxe pedicure and it was great. The guy that did my pedicure gave the best leg message. Felt sooo relaxing. I'll definitely be requesting him when I go back. Place was clean and service was good. Prices are fair. I do recommend and I'll be returning.

My manicure starting chipping a day later with no excessive washing dishes or anything that would be hard on a manicure. One of the main reasons I went in for a manicure was to have my cuticles trimmed really well and that didn't happen either. My pedicure was fine. Spent $73.... could have done it myself.

Went there to get a pedicure at 5:30p and the hostess stated there were no nail techs available, yet you can clearly see they only had 2 customers and 2 techs available! Went down the street to a better nail salon. If I could give a negative rating I would.

The gel manicure was good at first but it started peeling and chipping after a couple of days it’s definitely not something you should pay for I would stick to acrylic or sns

I walked in and got lucky because I got Lee to do a pedicure. He did such a good job that I asked him to do my nails too. The outcome was the best I have had in a very long time.

I have made appointments for my daughter here as we like to support Kennesaw Mountain families. Really disappointed tonight because they were running behind and had someone do my daughter's nails that does not regularly work there. We were expecting Lee, but she was running behind. She texted me that her nails were not right and she wasn't happy. I called and they told me that everyone does nails different and that he was doing SNS nails his way. I told them that she wasn't happy with the way he was doing it. They told me she would be happy with the finished product. Apparently they laughed at her after I hung up and made her cry. My daughter could tell the man was upset that I had called and they just kept laughing at her. She ended up crying the rest of the appointment. I will never go here again and I suggest if you send your child alone you go along in case she meets a problem along the way.

My nail tech was Lee and he was great, I got the Garden Pedi with the sugar scrub and it was very relaxing; the scrub and the lotion massage were of adequate length. Prices as expected for the area.

I made an appointment and it took them over an hour past to get to me. I asked for a simple French manicure and it was thick and uneven so I asked him to redo it. The second time was even worse as he just built on top of it. I ended up having them take it all off which left my nails ruined and I walked out. Never have I ever had such a bad experience to the point of walking out and ruining my day.
