The products used for my nail tips caused extreme damage to my nail bed. It also burned like crazy. I informed her of the burning and she poured some sort of clear liquid on them to reduce the burning. I've been getting nail tips since i was in high school in 1988 so I'm well aware if i have an allergic reaction or not. To make matters worse, one of the tips came off in less than 7 days so i went back to get it replaced. I knew that eas going to be my last visit. They don't deserve any stars!!

If I could do 0 stars I would. You people are insanely unprofessional. I dont know if your responses are entertainment for you or just a way to cope with the fact that it is blatantly obvious nobody at this business has a proper business degree, but to get an attitude with an 11 year old girl over her honest experience at your salon is just pathetic. You will be seeing me in the salon soon to address this. How dare you people act like this. I encourage you to take some management courses or consider not working in service industry at all if you believe its okay to act like this, considering your nail work does not speak well for you either.

So I went here for my first time just needing to do a color change on my SNS. They had plenty colors to pick from so I was happy. There were only 2 people working and the lady assisting me had to stop twice to do eyebrows. It seemed as if she was rushing as she applied the SNS as if it was acrylic and it was on my skin. The SNS was applied as acrylic in thick layers on my natural nail causing it to lift as if I had press ons. I returned and showed the tech who apologized and advised sometimes she forgets the primer I said it was fine as she was at least trying to correct the issue. Well here we are and it's not even a full 2 weeks later and once again the nails are lifting after paying $55.

Really don’t like my nails I got French tip gel it definitely looks rushed some of the gel is peeling off but I did get a amazing pedicure from the man he did a very good job I’d definitely go back for the pedicure but I won’t be getting my nails here again

This family owned business is extremely relaxing to visit. The mom greets you with such warmth and kindness. The dad gives a killer foot massage and pedicure! To top it off omg the Daughter does wonders with your nails. My nails alwaya look ppprrerfect!!!Services: Gel manicures

The mother.... Very unprofessional!!!! She is very rude!!! The shops up keep is horrible.... Seems like she should spend more time investing into her nail salon and less time being disrespectful to her customers!

LB Nails is more than just a business. It's a family that cares! After, I got my nails done, I made a statement that I can't wait to be able to afford the style I really want. As soon as I get my son situated in college...The owner said we all have family next time you tell me what you want and I will do for you. Don't worry about cost. We are here to help each other.
