I arrived 10 minutes to closing, only needing to buy something would take 3 minutes from entry to exit. You're the 5th largest retailer on Earth! Close when you say you do! If you want to close at 10:50, change your hours. Scott working 2/26/24 at 10:50pm wouldn't let me in and said the register was closed, 5 minutes later, 2 customers walked and when I said to Scott "I thought the register was closed?" , he had nothing to say. Wanna close at 10:50? Change your flipping hours

If you live in the area and need to get something from Kroger at night, just drive past this location. The night crew is the worst. they treat customers like they are an inconvenience that they don't want to deal with. One of the self check-out cashier will get on the intercom at least 30 minutes before closing and tell customers that they have to make their final purchases "Now." And, tonight, another self check-out cashier got on the intercom with nearly 15 minutes left till closing and told customers to "hurry up." There are nicer ways to tell people that the store is about to close and they need to start wrapping up their shopping. There is a nearby location at Shallowford and Johnsons Ferry where the employees are way more polite and professional Even when it's pushing closing time. Just go that store

The his Kroger is great but one thing I would like to change is to have a totally separate aisle for organic items, it’s so much easy to scan it rather than jamming it into the non-organic stuff.

Store closes at 11 pm, we went through the self checkout and forgot to bag the mozzarella cheese. I called the store at 10:30, no one is answering. I am not going to make it back to the store before they close. I was trying to ask for a refund or to pick up the cheese in the morning. I guess Kroger just got $6.79 for free. I am beyond annoyed.

I felt so special today when I picked up some flowers to bring it to someone and this lady at Kroger floral made this Autumn Bouquet so beautiful and cut it fresh and wrapped it with beautiful covering with ribbon. I was so touched and taken by the caring she showed me. I forgot her name. God bless you! You made my day ?

Super grateful for the bagger Martin for helping me redeem my Consumer Rewards points credited to my account! My hubby went earlier and a young lady said he could only do a portion. Josh clarified and explained the entire balance could be used at the same time! Very grateful to him for his willingness to stop what he was doing to help me! Remember me, we are frequenters!

Just moved to the area and the experience I had today has made me decide that we will be making Publix our new grocery store. I scheduled order pick up for 2-3 pm. The app said my order was ready and I loaded up my crying infant to run and get the groceries. I marked that I was at the store and sat for 10 more minutes and no one came out. I then got a call that my groceries had not been shopped for and weren’t ready. I told the store that they had not even contacted me prior to let me know, no missed call or voicemail. I was very upset and called the store back when I got home as I didn’t want to load my newborn up again. I asked to speak to a manager, waited on hold for 7 minutes and was hung up on. As a new mom, this was a big inconvenience and after 14 years or being a loyal Kroger customer, I will be changing stores.

Came in at 930. Waited for 10ish minutes at the check out with the light on. No one came. Pure laziness on the staff. Shame Publix closes at 9 bc they’re so much better.

Prices are high, employees are rude. I went in today to pick up a few items and was forced to use self checkout because only one register was open and there were five customers (with full carts) in line waiting. I rarely use self checkout and was reading the instructions when an employee came up, roughly picked up an item from the little seat at the top of my cart, and scanned it. She was so rough she knocked my purse into the bottom part of the cart! She did not apologize and then threw my wallet (which had fallen out) back into my purse! I do not like people touching my wallet or my purse!!! I said STOP . This is why I usually do not use Kroger but switched to Publix two years ago - rude employees and crowded dirty store. !

Pharmacist is not nearly as nice and kind and understanding as Kroger 365 Canton Rd, I suggest this Kroger because the staff in all departments is great.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced food. The pharmacy is the crown jewel here. Everyone who works in here is pretty awesome
