Quintin, the delivery truck driver for Pepsi who stocks here is probably the most helpful person I've ever met at this location. I hope management treats him well whenever he comes to make a delivery.

Be careful with the prices. It has happened to me many times where they advertise a sale but when you get to the register it doesnt make it the price advertised. Today it was the blueberries, on sale for 2.99 but when you rang them up it would only take 1.30 off so they were still around 5ish dollars. Pretty sure its intentional at this point (walmart just got into a lawsuit for the same thing). The attendants always fix it tho but i hate to bother them everytime.

Melissa in Floral really pulled me through a difficult situation.
I ordered a corsage from the incorrect store and didn't realize it until the day before prom.
What a panic I was in!! Melissa gracious took my order and even personalized it for me. She is a true hero. Thank you!

In the last few years this location went downhill fast. After 6pm, nothing is kept stocked. The employees are rude and incompetent beyond belief. This store manager needs to be fired for this clown show.

Rat infestation!!! A huge rat walked past me while I was at the seafood counter. Apparently several ppl complained about the rats. They don’t care.

Only the self-service registers that only take credit cards were working, but hey, the bag boy was nice and triple bagged everything without me asking. They have become very expensive and are no longer cheaper than anyone. Their pork chops contain 12-15% water, but they don't disclose it. Deli sliced sandwich meat was very fatty. Publix and Walmart have better bakery goods.

Sunday morning and zero checkouts open. One employee who was there to say only the self checkouts were open. If this is the new way, you need to offer a discount. If it happens again, I will shop somewhere else.

Late pickup times, Without contacting the customer of the delays.. low on produce , not always frresh .. the upgrade construction of the store is taking too long as well . Not much of a upgrade , it's confusing ?

Can we get the correct price? This location seems to have a problem with having the correct price at the register. Several times I have gone in here and the prices on the shelf didn't match the prices at the register. One time, they tried to overcharge me my $14.00 on two items that were on special. Then, they didn't add up another item at all. After going back and forth several times on the prices and showing them a picture of the correct price, I walked out.

Literally one of the laziest grocery stores I've ever been to. Do yourself a favor and go to one of any of the better managed grocery stores within a mile or two of this. I will literally drive out of my way to not have to go here if I can help it. This location sucks
