Always like Krogers for their wide selection of everyday & upscale food items plus ++. Their clean open style is relaxing for a busy market. Can be pricey at times so look for their ads and get taxable items elsewhere.

Well..... I live close to this Kroger. The pharmacy dept is great. Certain items are hardly in stock which is frustrating.. Need more cashiers and floor help. The highlight of this store for sure, was my friend, Nancy. She always had a smile on her face , greeted everyone and just made you feel comfortable while you're checking out at the self service area .She never gave me the feeling that she was "watching me" for the wrong reason. Just a sweet lady. I'm sorry she's no longer there....I'll miss her .

I had a great experience at this store . I was finished scanning all my groceries about 2 carts full and it was 5 mins till closing . CHASE was the cashier in charge and I realized my credit card was at home about 7 mins away . I asked him to hold and I would run and get my card and be rt back. Well I fully expected them to be closed and for me to be out of luck . Well chase let me back I. The store to complete the sale . THANK YOU CHASE ! What a nice young man. He was most pleasant as well . You have an outstanding employee . He only had kind words for my mess up. We need more of him on this planet !

Megan in the pharmacy is great and gave me wonderful service today (Aug 4, 2023)I had called 5 other pharmacies (two Walmarts, a CVS, a Walgreens and a Publix) to find out if they had the eye drops that my doctor ordered. These were over-the-counter drops, nothing special, but I had eye surgery yesterday and my eye was swollen and painful and the swelling was pushing on the stitches and I was miserable. I couldn't see well enough drive, so I was relying on my boyfriend to take me to get the drops, and I wanted to make sure we wouldn't have to drive all around three counties to get them. Every pharmacy that I called either just put me on hold and forgot about me, or they said "we don't carry that, but thanks for calling, bye." When I called Kroger (on Canton Rd) Megan answered the pharmacy line on the second ring. This gave me a slight hope. I explained what the doctor wanted me to have, and Megan checked her supplier, and said yes, she could have them by Monday. I said how I had already called 5 other pharmacies and I was desperate to get these drops today, and Megan said for me to hold on and she would check the over-the-counter shelves to see if any was out there. She came back right away, saying that she found a generic version of the same eye drops, and that the pharmacist had confirmed that the generic was equivalent to the name-brand that I had asked about. Megan said she would save this bottle for me and she wrote my name on it. I got a ride to Kroger, and sure enough, Megan had saved the eye drops for me. I've used the drops twice now, and I'm already feeling so much better. I was even able to sleep for the first time since the surgery. I'm so grateful to Megan for her compassion and willingness to help me.

Deceptive pricing. I only caught it on this most recent receipt since I was questioning my total. For ground beef, particularly the 85-15 ground beef, they have incorrect pricing in either their system or out on the shelf.Shelf lists it as 6.99 no kroger card. The receipt has them charging me 7.49. .50 cents but it adds up to unspecting customers. If they're going to be deceptive, or lazy, then best take your business elsewhere. The publix on either side of chastain and bells ferry would be far better options.

Awesome staff, I went in to the pharmacy but honestly anyone I saw was all smiles and friendly: I never expect that because it’s grocery retail and it can be grueling but the team I saw today is owning the day! ?

Love this Kroger. They always have what I need and the employees are very kind. Today, I had my 18 month old with me and he likes to ride in the kid car grocery carts. Well they were all being used when we arrived and one of the baggers, Nikolas, watched for one of them to free, went and got it from the parking lot, brought it to us after we started shopping, and transferred our groceries into it all so my son could ride in the fire truck. Thank you, Nikolas, for going above and beyond to make our shopping experience more enjoyable today!

I have shopped therefor years. But since the re-arrangement of the store you now don't know where your looking for is anymore. And the 3 new self checkouts!!!!! Doesn't do any good if their not open. 2 registers open and lines down the isles. Your self checkouts had a line past the deli& into the bakery. I put my purchases back to go somewhere else. That is not how a company should run

Dear manager of Kroger located at 3595 Canton Rd Marietta , GA 30066, For the past 7-8 years, I stop in your store on the way home from work out of convenience. But - if I ever need an item from the deli, I have no choice but to go to a different Kroger near my home. I can honestly say that for the past few years, there is never any cooked warm food in the deli area like there is at my other stores. I literally mean never. The other Kroger’s have warm food for my lunch. I stopped in today on my lunch to grab some juice and hoping to see some food cooked. Nope - I saw a bunch of empty trays. I stopped in after work on my way home and guess what? Still a bunch of empty aluminum trays. Additionally, if I want fresh sliced deli meat, there is never anyone there to help. Your store is probably in the top 10% for the category “Can use improvement in the deli” I go to the Towne Lake store or Holly Springs one. They have people in the deli. I’m about to stop shopping at your store all together and just make that extra 5 minutes worth the trip. I’m hoping you can use this as an opportunity to improve. Go visit the other stores I mentioned. Towne Lake has an AMAZING deli and produce sections. Thanks. Best of luck. I hope you improve.

I hate that this is the closest Kroger to my house. The pick up service sucks. They never have my groceries ready on time and they pretty much always leave something out of my order.

I highly recommend the Pharmacy at this Kroger Location. Unfortunately, I don't have any comments that are positive about the actual Grocery Store aspect of this location. It's extremely frustrating, this store is so convenient to me and my family but when shopping for groceries and general household items this store just doesn't seem to put forth the effort to consistently keep their shelves stocked with items that they're customer base is consistently purchasing! Also the Produce Section has been extremely lacking lately and for some time the produce that is available is not to standard, especially compared with Publix's selection and quality! Back to the original reason I was posting this, so sorry..rambling, the entire Pharmacy Staff is amazing! My family and I have been filling our prescriptions here for over 20 years and they always have been so helpful and actually treat us like they care about our wellbeing! Marlo, is the main Pharmacist and she has always gone out of her way to make sure our prescriptions are safe and do not react negatively with anything we may be taking. She's more knowledgeable than most Doctor's and always is willing to give me advice regarding any medical concerns I have and she will always give me her opinion, no holds barred, I really respect that. Again everyone there is so helpful, extremely knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile to help every patient and exceed their expectations. I am thankful for all that they do for the high work ethic that the Kroger Pharmacy Staff maintains daily is beyond a rarity in our society today.

I've been shopping here for YEARS and it's getting to be terrible! I purchase groceries every two and a weeks. Last night I got my groceries and I went to check out as usual help was not helpful! I got in a line with a cashier that had reddish hair she told me to go to another register and I did and she told me to go to the next ne then that one look like a deer in the headlights so the second one moved me back to her. No one wanted to work! I'm tired of trying to get help they can't even unload a cart! I spend a lot of money on my food. You'd think they would want to do their job! Maybe new employees or at least some that want to work. I will be speaking to the manager if I worked there I wouldn't pull up the slack for those that don't want to work! Just saying

Its a good place to shop but I have an iffy experience today. One item is clearly coded wrong in the system where it was shown as a B1G1F but it's not working. Clerk made it looks like I don't know what I was talking about when it clearly shows in the app the items, pics and all. Had to get it voided and rerung by itself and it showed that the sale wasn't being applied. I guess it was my fault that the items was coded wrong in the system and now, they're aware of it and they don't want to know it b'cuz it's gonna be work now. Like, seriously. ???

Store is apparently under new management with a desire to get people out of the store as quickly as possible. Not with good service but with loud obnoxious music that made my wife skip her usual "cruise the aisles" routine and just pick up the necessities and leave. Checkout clerk observed that the music selection can be "annoying" to some customers. Different people have different musical tastes, but managers that impose their genre on their customers and pump up the volume to dance hall volumes will limit their customer base.
