Worse customer service and experience ever! I went to this kroger on 6/10/2024 and shopped as normal. Began checking out and started checking out the employee asks me in the middle you should go to the self scanning register and politely told thanks but no thanks and continued to purchase my items the whole time she is watching me no other customers doesn't bother me until she says you know you need to ring that up twice in which in fact already did. Insinuating that I was attempting to steal after I showed her the screen and I asked her what are displaying Jessie and if this is the case would you like to do it. She then proceed to get smart and say I can. Continuously asking me did I scan this and racial profiling me but this is the kicker she goes to get another young lady Erin and have her to try to over shadow. It literally took everything in me not to leave everything there and not spend on dime with this store or company ever again. If my child summer camp was not in need of the items I was purchasing at the time I would have literally made them refund every item how livid I was. O then Jessie has Erin check my receipt for every item that was on my receipt every item she even put paid stickers on them and still checked. Over $100 and I say excuse me you didn't check not one other persons receipt. Her explanation I have to check every so often do or you have to check a black woman's receipt? Kroger will not get a dime of my money again and I will be reporting to the better business bureau! You do not treat people inhuman and outright disrespectful and embrassing!

The deletion of the olive and cheese bar was not a good move, the limited selection and display of cheese as you walk in the door doesn’t seem sanitary when subjected to numerous people entering. Sushi hardly has the selection the cheese once did and now it doesn’t make sense to shop there when the one self serve feature lacks quantity and quality.

I want to do a HUGE shout out to two extraordinary employees at Kroger Whitlock-- EDWARD AND JESSIE. I love the culture of honesty in this store and it's leadership. I forgot my purse and Edward returned it to customer service and Jessie kept it safe. You guys are an amazing team. Thank you Kroger Whitlock for having SUCH great employees

Not sure who does quality control or inventory at this specific Kroger. I always have to check the dates on the items I buy because they are always expired.
Bought the vegobear gummy’s and guess what they expired February 2024, this is horrible.

This used to be my go-to Kroger as I only live about 10 minutes away. Lately, they have been slowly losing my business, with a recent delivery order being the last straw. For the past few months, whenever I go in to shop the ad, they are sold out of at least 1/2 the items I need/want from the ad. Why this store isn't prepared for sale items is beyond me. On Monday April 22, 2024, I placed a delivery order through Kroger shoppers and Kroger delivery (not instacart). Shocker shocker, my whole order couldn't be fulfilled. Ordered chicken breasts, out of stock, no replacement? Or too lazy to look? I'll go with the latter. Ordered cucumbers, out of stock, again, no replacement? Same with frozen biscuits when I know they have a whole aisle of them. Then comes the best part, a 100% MOLDY red onion. Are. You. Kidding. Me... why is this onion even on the salesfloor let alone getting picked for my delivery order? That was the last straw for me. I sent their location a message with my issue of the moldy onion in my delivery order, still have yet to hear back. Management, get it together and stop letting the lazy teenagers you hire ruin your store. I am done with this Kroger.
The only positive I'll leave for this location: Their check-out employees are always delightful and they recently got new carts. Make of it what you will.

I had been going here for years until a few months ago. It’s really gone downhill and I stopped going entirely when I had a negative interaction with an employee and I’m not even sure what she was going on about or what she was mad about. I either go to Lidl or further down the road to Publix because they’re so much nicer and it’s cleaner.

I won't forget the food that I had from here.... Very affordable price and high quality delicious food service. So well taken care of that the fried chickens and the potatoes were steamy and warm. I miss here.

I have been coming here to this Kroger for several months now . I usually never write reviews but an employee by the name “ Esmeralda “ has been nothing but a wonderful, kind hearted, sweet, caring, kind nice young! Always greets customers at the door very helpful when you need her! I am here to support a full on raise for her wonderful job! I enjoy coming here to shop for my grocery’s and other essentials I need due to positive workers like her!

I had an absolutely horrible experience this morning that should have been just a simple phone call. I take a medication that is a controlled substance, which I have taken for 4-5 years. As prescribed. I always call in a few days before I am out of medication, so that I can schedule where I am that day for work. This morning I called in to ask the same thing. When asked, the pharmacy technician laughed at me and said, "yeah, that's too early to fill, is there anything else I can help you with?" And I reiterated that I was fine on the medication but just wanted to know what day I can refill. This medicine has also been on back order for months, and often, I have to call multiple pharmacies to find it and it is crucial that I be proactive. She replied, "you can refill the j day 28, just count from the day you had it filled. And then said thank you" and hung up. I was really almost in tears as she was clearly implying that I was trying to fill my prescription early. I was embarrassed by someone who is supposed to be a healthcare provider. I composed myself and called back. I asked for a manager, Jayda said "she's not in". And I asked when and how I could speak with her and she said, "she's on maternity leave. I don't know." So then I asked if there was a corporate email or phone number that I could reach out to. Her response was, "Mr. Hazell, it's on Google." And hung up on me again. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office and will be having my prescriptions transferred to another Kroger pharmacy. I will stick with Kroger Pharmacy as I have only ever experienced helpful and friendly service from others.

Just had a really horrible customer service experience at this location. I'm a loyal customer and am in this store probably every day. So when I asked to speak to the manager about a DEAD FLY I found in my salad i wasn't trying to cause any trouble. But instead the manager immediately started with an attitude and wanting to go back and forth with me. Telling me there was nothing she could do if I took the product out of the store and opened it. How am I suppose to see there's a fly in my food before opening it? She continued to tell me that I was making the story up because they don't sell food with bugs in it. There was no accountability and absolutely no concern to provide any recourse. When I asked for corporates phone number she told me I can call corporate all I want. I requested she provide me with the phone number again and she told me I can find the number. When I said asked again, still being as polite as possible by saying ma'am I'm asking for you to provide me with the number to corporate she asked an associate standing next to her to give it to me. Then she proceeded to tell me I can call corporate, I can go online but "No one is going to help you." When I told her this was very poor customer service, she replied In a very sparky manner that she's knows and I can call whoever I want to. And the phone number given to me wasnt even the right number. The customer service number online was quick and easy to use. The agent listened intently and confirmed the purchase with my phone number and found the receipt from my loyalty card. They provided me with a credit and said someone will reach out to me about the matter. Even if this was something above her capacity because it was prepackaged food, she could have at least showed some sympathy, some concern, explained that it's not an instore issue and provided me with a contact. Something! Anything would have been better than what I was met with. Even my kids began to jump in the conversation because this lady was so rude and not even hearing me. So if you ever have a problem at this store, don't expect any customer service or concern.
