I love this kroger! I mainly come to this kroger for pickup and Iyonna always brings out my order and she has the purest soul. She is so kind and handles my groceries with care. Tonight I shopped in store and Josh helped me and he was so nice and knew exactly where everything was that I needed to grab.

Will never come back to this Kroger ever again. I’m disgusted by the produce. This is what I see in my bell pepper an hour after buying it. They need to do better keeping bad products in their store. This is not the first time I had an issue with the produce. A whole worm growing inside of the bell pepper laying eggs.

Regional Management: Please be aware of this EMPLOYEE.
I assume that Kroger (profoundly) Frowns upon bad customer service. This review concerns your (so-called customer service employee) named "ADRIANNA".
I purchased a Watermelon three days ago. I opened it up and it was bad inside. NO BIG DEAL! I have purchased in total of over 15 Watermelons from this location between May 2024 to the current date.
On Sunday, 9/22/2024 approx. 1:00 pm I returned this BAD Watermelon. Adrianna was very condescending, and rude, and displayed a character that belongs with your competitors. She went as far as refunding me a portion of my owed refund and I had to go to another Customer SERVICE employee to obtain my refund. Adrianna admitted why she did this and her excuse was I did not have my receipt. Well, why don't I go into my records and contact Wells Fargo and Capital One for all of my receipts from Kroger then SUE you for not adhering to your REUND policies for customers?
It amazes me how many bad employees you have at this location between the White floor Manager who I have had to report to Corporate to Adrianna a Black Female Customer Service employee. Terrible service. Simply, terrible. These employees need to be working in the back UNLOADING trucks far away from customers.

I am not one to complain and especially towards this store because It’s my neighborhood store and I shop here so often. I was in the store to get cash back off my card which usually is a painless process but for some reason my card wouldn’t allow me to get the cash back but Kroger still charged me 75 cents each time I slid my card without giving me the cash back so I was charged for a service that did not go through. That wasn’t the problem though the problem was when I was brung up to the service desk to get my 1.50 back on my card I was talked about by the service desk agents and even asked if I’m crying about a 1.50. First of all Idgaf if it’s a 50 cents idgaf what the price is if its mines it’s mine. They have some unprofessional ghetto people that work at this location and most of them are low vibrational and don’t even know it. The food is usually fresh and some of the workers are very polite not all of them are bad people but the ones that work at the service desk and the cashiers are very judgmental and are of little help. I’m not gonna stop shopping at this location I just limit my interactions with these ignorant employees but this is customer service in Atlanta so it’s not surprising but this is ridiculous.

Good luck asking for help for anything in this store at the customer service desk. I've had 2 negative interactions at this store try to get assistance with finding a products listed on the app.

HALEY's service was terrible. When I arrived to make an exchange, he had a hostile look on his face from the beginning. I bought a product that did not meet my expectations, so I went to the store to exchange it for another product, after all, it is my right... anyway, and to my surprise, the attendant mentioned above said that it would not be possible because the product had been used. I said of course it was, because how would he know that the product did not meet my expectations or was of poor quality? Then he made a face like he could do nothing and returned the product to me and turned his back. I recommend that you look for a place that respects its customers, because in this place that was not possible, at least for me.

I came in today to cash a check because my bank is closed and was treated like a criminal. I was told that my check wouldn’t scan and was unreadable but I literally just left a check cashing place and cashed my check with no problem. My check was a refund from an apartment complex right up the street. It could easily be verified. It is SUPER inconvenient dealing with incompetent staff and management. I am sick and instead of cashing my check and going home to rest I had to come to Kroger to get turned around just to drive to a check cashing place that is out of the way from my residence and pay more for fees. How is this a new facility but the check cashing machine doesn’t work? Then the sad part is the screen literally said scan check OR enter the account number and they refused. Kyra, Nigel and whoever the elderly woman is need training ASAP. This is first and last time coming to this new location. I HATE KROGER. It’s ALWAYS something.

Went to the new Kroger off Dell road. Experiencing this quite often. The sale price is not reflected at the register. And cashier wants you to accept the price. We always have to take pictures of the sale price to be believed. Sometimes even then the don't believe you until an employee checks to
confirm the sale price. If you don't pay attention and check your receipt your paying more for what you assumed they were doing right and honoring the sale price. THEY NEED TO CORRECT THIS .

The white manager ignorant and majority of the staff too. Every 30 seconds the last 30 minutes the store open, the employees constantly announce on the intercom they’re closing and please come to the register rushing PAYING customers out of the store. & don’t ask a employee something in regards to their job they give you attitude as if you’re bothering them.

The fuel box is my go to for gas but this one guy Jabari is AWSOME if he not there I might not stop for gas PLEASE HAVE HIM manage or least TRAIN ALL THE FUEL ATTENDANTS HE is the best employee I've seen since opening the new fuel store always on top of the rewards system and very attentive and polite grade A service this guy needs to be over the rest of your attendants because there are plenty other with lesser skills and they need to be more like Jabari so yall can sell fuel faster and more friendly
